Upon completion, Komatsu Ltd. will own 100% stake in Umw Komatsu Heavy Equipment SDN BHD. For the period ending December 31, 2023, Umw Komatsu Heavy Equipment SDN BHD reported total revenue of ¥24.57 billion, EBIT of ¥2.58 billion, net income of ¥2.02 billion, total assets of ¥22.98 billion and total common equity of ¥14.74 billion. The transaction is expected to complete in October 2024.
