Blink Charging Co. Announces Chief Financial Officer Changes
Blink Charging Co. has announced that it has named Michael Bercovich as its new Chief Financial Officer. Bercovich, who will officially assume the CFO role at Blink on June 23, previously served as Chief Financial Officer at Helios Global Payments Solutions, MyOutDesk, Cialfo and Elements Global Services, where he led variety of functions, such as finance and operations, corporate development, investor relations, treasury, and strategic initiatives including fundraising. Throughout his career, Bercovich has successfully raised over $250 million in capital through VC, PE, family offices, and financial institutions. He has a proven record of establishing and managing global financial operations, treasury and tax in over 40 countries. Starting his career at KPMG (Israel office), Bercovich has served in various finance leadership roles in entrepreneurial and publicly traded tech companies, domestically and globally. Leading Xerox's financial operations business with the state of New York, Bercovich navigated a complex regulatory and political landscape working with the state government in the healthcare space. Prior to that, he headed financial operations for a large global software division at CGI Group, helping to win new contracts and expanding CGI’s footprint into new verticals. The announcement of Bercovich as Blink’s incoming CFO, follows news that Michael Rama, Blink’s previous Chief Financial Officer, has decided to pursue new opportunities outside of Blink, coinciding with the conclusion of his employment agreement at the beginning of June. To help ensure continuity and a smooth transition, Robert Strauss, a senior advisor from FTI Consulting, has assumed the position of Interim Chief Financial Officer until Bercovich joins Blink on June 23. Strauss has worked with a number of growth-stage companies undergoing transformation and has been working closely with Rama during his transition period to help facilitate knowledge transfer and operational continuity. Mr. Bercovich, age 50, has been the vice president of finance of Advisor360 LLC, an enterprise software platform for the wealth management industry, since February 2025. He served as the chief financial officer and a founding team member of Helios Global Payments Solutions Inc., a global human capital management and payments platform startup, from September 2023 to February 2025. At Helios, he led finance operations, investor relations, treasury and strategic initiatives including raising capital. Mr. Bercovich served as the chief financial officer of MyOutDesk LLC, a provider of virtual assistant outsourcing services, from February 2023 to January 2024, where he supported business scaling and developing additional market capabilities, with overall responsibility for accounting, finance and corporate development functions. Mr. Bercovich served as the chief financial officer of Ciaflo Inc., a global education technology startup, from May 2022 to February 2023, where he managed its finance operations, corporate development and investor relations functions. Mr. Bercovich served as the chief financial officer of Elements Global Services Inc. (now known as Atlas HXM), a global human experience management platform provider, from March 2020 to January 2022, where he was responsible for financial and payroll operations management, reporting to key internal and external stakeholders, implemented processes and procedures to meet company’s growth strategy and managed its investors relations, including fundraising. Mr. Bercovich served as the vice president of global finance of TEOCO Corporation, a global telecom software solutions provider, from January 2016 to March 2020, where he managed all finance and accounting global functions. Prior to these positions, among other corporate financial roles with publicly traded and private companies, Mr. Bercovich provided SEC accounting and audit services to a diverse client base as an auditor at KPMG. Mr. Bercovich received a bachelor’s degree in business and accounting at The College of Management Academic Studies in Israel and is a certified public accountant (Israel – inactive).
