PROEN Corp Public Company Limited Proposes Dividend for the Period from 1 April 2021 31 December 2021, Payable within 25 May 2022 PROEN Corp. Public Company Limited, at its board meeting held on February 25, 2022 proposed to the AGM dividend payment from the operating results of the year 2021 to the shareholders at THB 0.0667 per share, totaling 21,077,200 which is equivalent to 60% of net profit from separate financial statements after deducting a legal reserve in pursuant to the Company' dividend payment policy.
