Asiainfo Technologies Limited Provides Group Earnings Guidance for the Six Months Ended 30 June 2026 AsiaInfo Technologies Limited provided group earnings guidance for the six months ended 30 June 2026. For the period, it is expected that the Group will record a revenue of approximately RMB 2.10 billion to RMB 2.30 billion for the six months ended 30 June 2026 (the "Period") (corresponding period in 2025: approximately RMB 2.598 billion), and a net loss of approximately RMB 460 million to RMB 490 million for the Period (corresponding period in 2025:

The decline in the Group's revenue and the increase in its net loss during the Period were primarily attributable to the following factors: Revenue from the telecom core system business has experienced temporary pressure. Due to reduced investment in the telecommunications industry and cyclical and structural adjustments to investment patterns, the Company's business progress has moderated; The optimisation of the business structure had a temporary impact on revenue during the Period. In order to further enhance business quality and operational efficiency, the Group has proactively discontinued or scaled back certain inefficient traditional ICT projects for government and enterprise clients, as well as traditional businesses that are highly labour-intensive, which resulted in a significant overall year-on-year decline in revenue for the Period; and One-off expenditures arising from the organization and workforce restructuring optimisation. In order to actively adapt to the business development needs of the AI era, the Group has continued to drive forward organisational transformation and upgrading, as well as workforce restructuring optimisations; as a result, one-off expenditures such as severance compensation for employees increased year-on-year during the Period. Meanwhile, the Group has increased its investment in enhancing the AI capabilities of its employees, focusing on building an agile organisation and talent pipeline adapted to the AI era.Despite the pressure on its short-term performance, the Company has remained firmlycommitted to its "AI First" strategy. While stabilising its core businesses, it has proactively expanded into emerging businesses in response to industry developments and customers' transformation trends, and has achieved phased progress, mainly including the following: The AI-related business (smart digital operation business) has achieved accelerated growth. The Company is accelerating the deep integration of its AI capabilities with industry-specific scenarios, and its transformation towards new business lines and optimisation of its revenue structure are gradually proving successful; The Physical AI business is approaching the commercialisation phase. The Company launched its Physical AI product portfolio, leveraging its self-developed product matrix to empower the transformation and upgrading of physical manufacturing businesses, accelerating the large-scale commercialisation of its products, and supporting China's intelligent manufacturing industry in rapidly entering a new era of embodied intelligence; Positive progress has been made in the field of satellite internet. The Company launched its "Satellite-Terrestrial Intelligent Connectivity" product portfolio, comprising hardware products such as satellite gateway core network, spaceborne ase station and spaceborne core network, together with a suite of software products. The portfolio provides satellite operators and industry customers with three core capabilities -- connectivity, orchestration and governance -- thereby systematically addressing key challenges related to operations, commercialisation, trustworthiness and controllability. The Company's full-stack satellite internet infrastructure has been integrated into key nodes and commercial applications within China's low-Earth orbit constellation system, forming a complete closed-loopprocess spanning from product validation through to commercial deployment and scalable replication; and The Token operations platform has successfully completed its launch validation. The Company has launched the "Tianshu" Token operations platform, which provides enterprises with end-to-end, closed-loop governance capabilities from computing power to tokens, and from costs to return-on-investment assessments, and has successfully completed the launch and validation of its first pilot project.
