Infinity Development Holdings Company Limited Announces Executive Changes The board of directors of Infinity Development Holdings Company Limited announced that, with effect from 14 February 2025, Mr. Tong Hing Wah ceased to be an independent non-executive Director, the chairman of the audit committee and a member of each of the nomination committee and remuneration committee of the Company.
