Prior to IDS, Michael spent five years at Walgreens Boots Alliance as CFO of Boots, No7 Beauty & International. During his earlier career he worked for Tesco plc as International CFO, Waitrose; part of the John Lewis Partnership, and J Sainsburys plc.
