Once closed, the Transaction will create a full-service Latin American alternative asset manager with more than $50 billion in assets under management (“AUM”), across private markets, investment products and solutions (“IP&S”), public equities and corporate advisory segments. Campass Group reported assets under management (AUM) of $37.3 million and Fee related Revenue of $64.7 million for the year 2023.
