Alarm.com Showcases Ai-Powered Platform Advancements And Product Innovations
Alarm.com announced it will showcase new AI-powered platform advancements and product innovations at ISC West 2026. Alarm.com brings security, video, access control, automation, energy management, and professional monitoring into a single cloud-based platform designed to scale from individual properties to multi-site deployments. Alarm.com continues to expand AI-driven capabilities across its platform with new features including AI Video Event Search, AI Access Assist, Familiar Face Analytics, and ongoing enhancements to AI Deterrence (AID). AI Video Event Search allows customers to quickly locate relevant activity in their saved video clips using natural-language queries, like “package delivery yesterday” or “kids with bicycles today.” This new feature is available on Premium Video and Commercial Video Plus plans. Only users who already have permission to view securely retained video can run AI searches, and customers can exclude specific cameras from search results at any time. The feature also works with Alarm.com’s Familiar Face and Familiar Vehicle analytics, helping to filter expected activity from unexpected events in video results. AI Access Assist simplifies access control management by allowing administrators to manage users, credentials, and schedules using natural-language commands. AID delivers AI-generated verbal warnings based on activity captured on camera and has been further enhanced with adaptive messaging and progressive responses. Adaptive verbal warnings can now reference real-world details such as clothing color or behavior, while Progressive Responses escalate messaging when loitering persists. Alarm.com will also highlight an expanded portfolio of next-generation cameras, including the Volt Series™, Foundation Series, Core Series, and Prism Series™, designed to support faster installs, broader coverage, and advanced video services. Volt Series™ battery-powered cameras and doorbells enable wire-free indoor and outdoor installations. When paired with Alarm.com’s optional solar panel accessory, the ADC-V731B camera can operate for extended periods with minimal maintenance. The Foundation Series indoor camera introduces an accessible price point that drives higher attach rates and multi-camera adoption. The refreshed Core Series adds enhanced speakers, integrated spotlights, Video Analytics 2.0, and Bluetooth® enrollment, creating a clear upgrade path to AID and Remote Video Monitoring (RVM). Prism Series™ PoE cameras also enable AID and RVM while delivering 8MP resolution with exceptional low-light color performance using VividNight™ technology. Alarm.com will also highlight its expanded integration with CHeKT, a remote video monitoring platform trusted by monitoring centers to deliver verified, real-time video response. By bringing Alarm.com video and alarm events into CHeKT’s monitoring portal, the integration streamlines operator workflows, helps reduce false alarms, and improves response times. CHeKT supports an open framework and will also work with video solutions from many video camera manufacturers. Alarm.com continues to extend its platform with new offerings that support total site protection across indoor, outdoor, and multi-location environments, including the Fire Communicator and Mobile Security Trailers. The Fire Communicator modernizes commercial fire monitoring with real-time alerts and reporting through the Alarm.com platform. The ADC-FC100 is UL Listed, CSFM Listed, and NFPA 72 compliant to meet applicable local code requirements. Mobile Security Trailers extend the platform to construction sites, events, and other temporary locations, combining video surveillance and professional monitoring in a rapidly deployable solution. Available in two form factors, Mast and Mast Mini, the trailers offer flexibility to meet different site needs and budgets, while a turnkey leasing model reduces upfront costs and supports capital-efficient growth. Partners can also cobrand the trailers to increase visibility and support lead generation. Alarm.com is expanding connected home and personal safety capabilities with offerings such as the ADC-T25 Smart Thermostat, which delivers intelligent HVAC control with fast installation and support for energy reporting, Demand Response, and Pro HVAC Monitoring. The enhanced in-app Safety Button provides 24/7 mobile personal safety. The new Check-In feature allows customers to schedule safety confirmations, automatically escalating to a trained operator and notifying the emergency contact if no response is received.
