Scg Packaging Public Company Limited Proposes Dividend for the Full Year 2025, Payable on April 21, 2026 SCG Packaging Public Company Limited proposed the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders to approve aa full year 2025 dividend payment at the rate of THB 0.60 per share for a total amount of approximately THB 2,576 million, or 63.3% of profit for the year on consolidated financial statements, of which THB 0.25 per share totaling THB 1,073 million was paid as an interim dividend on August 27, 2025. The final payment of dividend will be THB 0.35 per share totaling THB 1,503 million. Such dividend payment was derived from the profit which was subject to corporate income tax of 20%. An individual shareholder shall be entitled to a tax credit equaling the product of dividend times 20/80. The aforesaid dividend distribution shall be payable to the shareholders entitled to receive the dividend in accordance with SCGP's Articles of Association and listed in the record date on April 1, 2026. (The XD, or the date on which a share purchaser will not be entitled to receive the dividend, will be on March 31, 2026.) The dividend payment will be made on April 21, 2026. SCG Packaging Public Company Limited Proposes Dividend for 2024, Payable on April 21, 2025 SCG Packaging Public Company Limited proposed for approval, at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, a full year 2024 dividend payment at the rate of THB 0.55 per share for a total amount of approximately THB 2,361 million, or 63.8% of profit for the year on consolidated financial statements, of which THB 0.25 per share totaling THB 1,073 million was paid as an interim dividend on August 21, 2024. The final payment of dividend will be THB 0.30 per share totaling THB 1,288 million. Such dividend payment was derived from the profit which was subject to corporate income tax of 20%. For the year ended September 30, 2021, DELTALAB, SL reported revenue of €84.3 million and net income of €19.3 million. The transaction is expected to be completed in the third quarter of 2021.
