Orient Securities Company Limited Announces Board Appointments
Orient Securities Company Limited announced the appointment of Mr. LU Dayin, Mr. XIE Weiqing, Mr. YANG Bo, Mr. SHI Lei as a non-executive Director; approve the election of Mr. LIU Wei, DU Xinhong and Mr. LING Yun as a shareholder representative Supervisor. Mr. LU Dayin, born in 1972, a member of the Communist Party of China, is a holder of doctorate degree in management and a senior economist. Currently, he is an executive Director and the chief information officer of the Company, the secretary of the CPC Party Committee and chairman of Orient Securities Futures Co. Ltd., and the chairman of Orient Futures International (Singapore) Pte Ltd. He served as the assistant to manager and deputy manager of the business outlet of Shenyin & Wanguo Securities Co. Ltd. from July 1994 to June 2001, the assistant to general manager and deputy general manager of the information technology center of the Company, the deputy general manager of e-commerce business department of the Company, the deputy general manager of brokerage business department of the Company, the deputy general manager and general manager of Orient Securities Futures Co. Ltd. and other positions from June 2001 to January 2021. He has served as the secretary of the CPC Party Committee of Orient Securities Futures Co. Ltd. since November 2020, the chairman of Orient Securities Futures Co. Ltd. since December 2020, the chief information officer of the Company since November 2021 and an executive Director of the Company since November 2024. Mr. XIE Weiqing, born in 1979, a member of the Communist Party of China, holds a bachelor's degree and a master's degree in finance, and is a non-practicing certified public accountant and a professor level senior accountant. He currently serves as a non-executive Director of the Company, the general manager of the finance department of Shenergy (Group) Company Limited, an executive director and the general manager of Shenergy Group Business Services Co. Ltd., a director of Shenergy Company Limited (a company listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange), a supervisor of Haitong Securities Co. Ltd. and a director of China Pacific Life Insurance Co. Ltd. . He served as the financial accountant of Shanghai Shentong Group Co. Ltd. from July 2001 to October 2001, the financial director of Shanghai Maglev Transportation Development Co. Ltd. from October 2001 to May 2007, the deputy director and director of the finance department of Shenergy (Group) Company Limited, the deputy general manager of Shenergy Group Finance Co. Ltd. and the deputy manager of the finance department of Shenergy (Group) Company Limited from May 2007 to May 2020. He has served as an executive director and the general manager of Shenergy Group Business Services Co. Ltd. since May 2020, the general manager of the finance department of Shenergy (Group) Company Limited since April 2024 and a non-executive Director of the Company since November 2024. Mr. YANG Bo, born in 1974, a member of the Communist Party of China, holds a master's degree in business administration. He currently serves as a non-executive Director of the Company, the vice president and secretary to the board of directors of Shenergy Company Limited. Mr. SHI Lei, born in 1982, a member of the Communist Party of China, holds a bachelor's degree and is a senior accountant. He served as an audit clerk, assistant to section chief, deputy section chief and assistant to director of the audit department of Shanghai Tobacco Group Co. Ltd. from July 2004 to April 2017, the deputy general manager of Shanghai Tobacco Group Jing'an Tobacco Sugar and Wine Co. Ltd., the deputy general manager of Shanghai Tobacco Group Huangpu Tobacco Sugar and Wine Co. Ltd. from April 2017 to October 2019, and the deputy director of the finance division of Shanghai Tobacco Group Co. Ltd. from October 2019 to August 2022. He has served as the director of finance division of Shanghai Tobacco Group Co. Ltd. Mr. LIU Wei, born in 1973, is a member of the Communist Party of China, holds a master's degree in law and is a senior economist and political engineer. He currently serves as the chairman of the Supervisory Committee of the Company, the chief auditor and general legal counsel of Shenergy (Group) Company Limited, and a director of Shanghai Shenergy ICY Capital Co. Ltd. He has served as a director of Shenergy Company Limited since May 2023, the general legal counsel of Shenergy (Group) Company Limited since August 2024, the chief auditor of Shenergy (Group) Company Limited since September 2024 and the chairman of the Supervisory Committee of the Company since November 2024. Ms. DU Xinhong, born in 1970, is a member of the Communist Party of China, holds a master's degree in economics, and is a professor level senior economist and an accountant. She currently serves as a shareholder representative Supervisor of the Company, the general manager of the finance management department of Shenergy (Group) Company Limited, chairman of Shenergy Group Finance Co. Ltd. and chairman of Shanghai Shenergy Financial Leasing Co. Ltd. . She served as the deputy director of the business department and the manager of the international business department of the Shanghai Pudong Branch of the Agricultural Bank of China and other positions from July 1992 to November 2000, the deputy head of fund management of the finance department of Shenergy (Group) Company Limited, the assistant to general manager, deputy general manager, secretary of the general party branch and general manager of Shenergy Group Finance Co. Ltd., the deputy secretary of the CPC Party Committee, secretary of the CPC Party Committee and general manager of Shenergy Financial Business Division from November 2000 to December 2023. She has served as the general manager of the finance management department of Shenergy (Group) Company Limited since December 2023 and a shareholder representative Supervisor of the Company since November 2024. Mr. LING Yun, born in 1975, is a member of the Communist Party of China and holds a bachelor's degree in business administration. He served as the accounting supervisor of the planning and finance department and assistant to the general manager of Shanghai Jinqiao Export Processing Zone Development Co. Ltd. from June 2007 to January 2018. He has served as the deputy general manager of the planning and finance department of Shanghai Jinqiao Export Processing Zone Development Co. Ltd. since January 2018 and a shareholder representative Supervisor of the Company since October 2023.
