Upon her appointment, she will be relocated from Tokyo to London and be responsible for establishing a new office to drive business development in the region. Scarlett brings a blend of expertise in international business development and financial management and is fluent in Chinese, Japanese and English. She played a key role in the reverse takeover transaction between Minnadeooyasan-Hanbai Co. Ltd. and the former Bowen Fintech PLC, culminating in a successful listing and the formation of the enlarged group which changed its name to MOH Nippon Plc. She also has experience in mergers and acquisitions and managing global projects across Hong Kong, the UAE, and the United States.
