In connection with and subject to the closing of the Transaction, Quorum will apply to have its Shares delisted from the TSX-V and to cease to be a reporting issuer under Canadian securities laws. The Transaction is expected to close in Q4 2025. On November 26, 2025, it was announced that the closing date for the Arrangement has not yet been established but is expected to be in early December 2025. (TSXV:QIS) entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Accessible Accessories Ltd. for CAD 4.5 million on March 10, 2022.
