Free cash flow: -AU$3.2m This is considered a major risk. With less than a year's worth of cash, the company will need to raise capital or take on debt unless its cash flows improve. This would dilute existing shareholders or increase balance sheet risk. Currently, the following risks have been identified for the company: Major Risks Less than 1 year of cash runway based on free cash flow trend (-AU$3.2m free cash flow). Earnings have declined by 15% per year over the past 5 years. Shareholders have been substantially diluted in the past year (53% increase in shares outstanding). Revenue is less than US$1m (AU$3.2k revenue, or US$2.1k). Market cap is less than US$10m (AU$12.6m market cap, or US$8.41m).New Risk • Jul 17New major risk - Market cap sizeThe company's market capitalization is less than US$10m. Market cap: AU$14.8m (US$9.95m) This is considered a major risk. Companies with a small market capitalization are most likely businesses that have not yet released a product to market or are simply a very small company without a wide reach. Either way, risk is elevated with these companies because there is a chance the product may not come to fruition or the company's addressable market or demand may not be as large as expected. In addition, if the company's size is the main factor, it is less likely to have many investors and analysts following it and scrutinizing its performance and outlook. Currently, the following risks have been identified for the company: Major Risks Earnings have declined by 17% per year over the past 5 years. Shareholders have been substantially diluted in the past year (51% increase in shares outstanding). Revenue is less than US$1m. Market cap is less than US$10m (AU$14.8m market cap, or US$9.95m).New Risk • May 31New major risk - Shareholder dilutionThe company's shareholders have been substantially diluted in the past year. Increase in shares outstanding: 53% This is considered a major risk. Shareholder dilution occurs when there is an increase in the number of shares on issue that is not proportionally distributed between all shareholders. Often due to the company raising equity capital or some options being converted into stock. All else being equal, if there are more shares outstanding then each existing share will be entitled to a lower proportion of the company's total earnings, thus reducing earnings per share (EPS). While dilution might not always result in lower EPS (like if the company is using the capital to fund an EPS accretive acquisition) in a lot cases it does, along with lower dividends per share and less voting power at shareholder meetings. Currently, the following risks have been identified for the company: Major Risks Earnings have declined by 17% per year over the past 5 years. Shareholders have been substantially diluted in the past year (53% increase in shares outstanding). Revenue is less than US$1m. Minor Risk Market cap is less than US$100m (AU$16.0m market cap, or US$10.6m).공고 • Apr 02Siren Gold Limited, Annual General Meeting, May 15, 2024Siren Gold Limited, Annual General Meeting, May 15, 2024.공고 • Feb 28Siren Gold Limited has filed a Follow-on Equity Offering in the amount of AUD 2.2 million.Siren Gold Limited has filed a Follow-on Equity Offering in the amount of AUD 2.2 million. Highlights: Global resource has increased to 10.2Mt @ 3.0g/t Au for 994koz (100% basis) at a 1.5g/t Au cut-off; The Alexander River Inferred MRE has increased to 1.07Mt @ 5.0g/t Au for 170koz at a 1.5g/t cut-off; Alexander River Resource increase of 30% with grade increasing 22%, based on the inclusion of data from 31 trenches; Sams Creek MRE has increased to 9.1Mt @ 2.8g/t Au for 824koz at a 1.5g/t cut-off; Sams Creek Resource now incorporates data from the Bobby Dazzler deposit of 16.7koz at 2.6g/t Au.; Significant exploration potential exists at both Sams Creek and Alexander River for further Resource increases, with deposits open along strike and at depth. Background: Siren holds a large, strategic package of tenements in the Reefton, Lyell and Sams Creek Goldfields in the South Island of New Zealand. Western New Zealand was originally part of Gondwana and lay adjacent to eastern Australia until around 80 Ma ago. The NW of the South Island of New Zealand comprises an area of predominantly early Paleozoic rocks in broad northerly trending belts that terminate at the Alpine Fault (Figure 1). The Paleozoic sequence is divided into the Buller Terrane, Takaka Central and Takaka Eastern Belts. These belts are interpreted to correspond with the Western, Central and Eastern belts of the Lachlan Fold Belt. The Buller and Western Lachlan belts contain orogenic gold deposits like Bendigo, Ballarat and Fosterville in Australia and the Reefton and Lyell Goldfields in New Zealand. The Eastern Takaka and Eastern Lachlan belts host Sams Creek porphyry-Au and porphyry copper-gold deposits, like Cadia and Ridgeway, respectively. The Reefton Goldfield was discovered in 1866 and produced +2M oz of gold at an average recovered grade of 16g/t from 84 historic mines, plus an estimated alluvial gold production of 8Moz. Most underground mining ceased by 1942, with the famous Blackwater mine closing in 1951 when the shaft failed after producing ~740koz of gold down to 710m below surface. Siren's key projects include Alexander River, Big River, Auld Creek, Cumberland, Lyell and Sams Creek. Geology: The Alexander River Project (Exploration Permit 60446) is located ~26km southeast of Reefton, in a mostly fault-bounded sliver of Greenland Group rocks 7kms southeast of the main Reefton Goldfield block. It is bounded by undeformed granite to the west, and by a metamorphic core complex to the east. The Alexander mineralisation outcrops for over 1.2kms and is comprised of high-grade quartz reefs and disseminated mineralisation. Surface trenching and channel sampling show that the mineralisation ranges from 2-15m thick, with an average thickness and grade of 4m @ 8g/t Au. Surface sampling identified four mineralised shoots, named Bull, McVicar, Bruno and Loftus-McKay. Only the McVicar East Shoot was mined to any extent, with the shallow plunging shoot mined to 250m below surface, extracting 41koz at an average recovered grade of 26g/t Au before the mine closed in 1942. Structural mapping has confirmed that the Alexander River mineralised zone can be divided into two structural domains. The Bull-McVicar-Bruno reef track is ENE striking, steeply SE dipping, while the Loftus-McKay reef track extends from Bruno into Mullocky Creek and is NNE-striking and dips 50o to the NW. In both structural domains, it appears that the intersection between an anticline hinge and a mineralised fault likely controls the trend and plunge of Au-bearing shoots. The arsenic soil anomaly extends from Bull and ends around the last known outcrop of the Loftus-McKay Shoot near Pad 28, where the shoot is interpreted to be offset approximately 150m to the north by a NNW trending Mullocky Fault. This interpretation is based on the offset of a dolerite dyke and the absence of the Loftus-McKay Shoot in holes drilled from the next two pads to the north.공고 • Jan 24+ 1 more updateSiren Gold Limited Provides Update on its Auld Creek ProspectWestern New Zealand was originally part of Gondwana and lay adjacent to eastern Australia until around 80 Ma ago. The NW of the South Island of New Zealand comprises an area of predominantly early Paleozoic rocks in broad northerly trending belts, which terminate at the Alpine Fault. Gold and stibnite are currently being mined at the Mandalay Resources Costerfield mine in Victoria. The Costerfield lodes are typically anastomosing, en-echelon style, narrow-vein systems, which dip from 25° to 70° west to 70° to 90° east. Mineralised shoots are observed to plunge to the north, when structurally controlled, and south when bedding controlled. The mineralisation occurs as single lodes and vein stockworks. The mineralised lodes vary from massive stibnite with microscopic gold to quartz-stibnite, with minor visible gold, pyrite, and arsenopyrite. The average production grade since 2010 has been 8.9g/t Au, 3.6% Sb for 17.4g/t AuEq. Nagambie Resources are currently exploring for gold and stibnite at the Nagambie Mine 45kms to the east of Costerfield. Nagambie has drilled number of diamond holes down to around 230m and has intersected a number of steeply west dipping zones of Au-Sb mineralisation, with massive stibnite veins up to 200mm wide, similar to that found at Auld Creek. Drillhole intersections reported by Nagambie are shown in Table 6. These intersections have an estimated horizontal thickness (EHT) or true width of 1.9m averaging 2.9g/t Au, 6.2% Sb for 17.3g/t AuEq (33-gram metres AuEq). If the same criteria are applied to Auld Creek drillhole intersections (>1.2m EHT, > 3g/t minimum cut-off grade (MCOG) AuEq, and > 1.0% Sb), then Auld Creek weighted average true widths are 4.8m at 3.4g/t Au, 3% Sb for 10.5g/t AuEq (50-gram metre AuEq). The Auld Creek mineralisation is considerably thicker than the Costerfield and Nagambie mineralisation, with lower but still significant grades. The greater thickness at Auld Creek would allow for more favourable mechanised mining. Field exploration will continue over the next quarter with additional mapping soil sampling and trenching followed by diamond drilling in first quarter 2023, subject to Department of Conservation (DoC) access. Infill soil sampling will be extended to the north and south of the Fraternal Bonanza area. Trenching will continue, targeting 100m spacing along the Fraternal, Fraternal North and Bonanza mineralised zones. A DoC Access agreement has been submitted, which will allow drilling of the Fraternal, Fraternal North and Bonanza Shoots, initially down to around 300m. The Energetic mine to the north was mined to around 600m below surface and the Globe Progress mine to the south was mined to 420m, where the mineralisation was offset by the Chemist Shop Fault. The mineralisation on the other side of the fault has not been found. Subject to further trench results, the initial drilling will focus on defining the extent (height) and plunge of the Fraternal, Fraternal North and Bonanza Shoots.공고 • Jan 21+ 2 more updatesSiren Gold Limited Provides Metallurgical Results and Process Plant Scoping Study UpdateThe flotation recovery remained at 97% and the leach recovery increased to 93.6%, giving an overall recovery of 90.1% 3. Since 2017 head grades have exceeded 20g/t Au. The similarities between Fosterville and Reefton support the testwork results on Reefton samples 1 to 7 and the proposed flowsheet. A review of Sam's Creek testwork conducted by GRDMacraes in 2004 identified the potential for 84% gold recovery via whole of ore direct leach and 91% gold recovery with flotation, concentrate oxidation and cyanide leach. The testwork identified a promising response to flotation with 9698% of the gold reporting to the concentrate at a mass pull of ~6%. Mineralogical, petrographic and geochemical analysis supported the testwork findings that the gold is finely disseminated within a sulphide matrix, predominantly arsenopyrite, galena and chalcopyrite 4. A flowsheet similar to that proposed for Siren's Reefton resources would therefore be applicable. In 2004 Laboratory test work was reported by GRD-Macraes on four composite samples from Sams Creek diamond core. Direct leaching, flotation and leaching of the flotation concentrate were tested. The four samples were each ground to an unspecified sizing but the report states the grind time was twice as long as the Macraes ore. A flotation concentrate over 26 minutes was produced with high gold and sulphur recoveries. Gold recoveries ranged from 95.6% to 97.7% and sulphur recoveries from 92.6% to 94.4%. Flotation tailings were low enough in gold for disposal. Three sets of cyanide leach tests were reported. The first tests were leaches on the samples after grinding. As shown below gold extractions ranged from 79.3% to 87.5%. The results demonstrate that there is a component of refractory gold present. The second and third cyanide leach tests were on the flotation concentrate. One test leached the flotation concentrate as received and the other test conducted a nitric acid leach (effectively an oxidation step) followed by a cyanide leach. The leaches on the flotation concentrate as received again confirm the presence of a refractory component which also floated, hence is presumably a sulphide. Three of the four acid (oxidation) leaches improved recoveries by 5% to 15% except for sample 4. There is no information in the test results to explain this result. Of note no gravity testwork was conducted. In summary the Sams Creek samples exhibited a small degree of refractory gold. High gold recoveries were achieved by flotation and, after an oxidation step, gold extractions ranged from 88.6% to 95.5%. Stibnite (antimony sulphide) has been seen in significant quantities in the Reefton goldfield. Stibnite is generally associated with gold mineralisation and in various Au-Sb operations around the world, free gold is recovered by gravity, followed by the production of a stibnite flotation concentrate. The Brunswick Processing Plant at the Mandalay Resources Costerfield Mine in Victoria has a flowsheet which is simple, conventional and a well-proven circuit, with more than 14 years of operation. The surface crushing and screening facility processes underground ore feed down to a particle size range sui for milling through a two-stage, closed circuit ball milling circuit. Centrifugal style gravity concentrators are used on the combined primary milling product and secondary mill discharge to recover a gold-rich gravity concentrate. This is upgraded further over a shaking and sold as a separate gold concentrate product, which is transported to local refineries. Secondary milled products are classified according to size and processed through a simple flotation circuit comprising of rougher, scavenger and single stage cleaning. The flotation concentrate is dewatered through thickeners and with filtration to produce a final antimony-gold concentrate product, which is bagged, packed into shipping containers and shipped to customers overseas. The feed to the plant during 2020 and 2021 was between 11.0 and 12.1g/t Au and 3.5 to 4.5% Sb. The gravity gold production varies but recoveries are typically around 40 to 50%. The 2021 end of year (EOY) reconciled plant recoveries were 94.6% Sb and 93% Au, with the gold not recovered by gravity reporting to the flotation concentrate 45. Should Au-Sb resources be delineated at Reefton the metallurgical solution is anticipated to be a simple and straightforward process. Based on the testwork reported above, GRES reviewed the process design criteria and flowsheet that was presented in the phase 1 Scoping Study. Little change was required, and the key features of the process plant are as follows: A nominal processing capacity of 1.25 million tonnes per annum, using a design head grade of up to 10g/t Au to cater for surges of high-grade ore. Three stage crushing, With fine ore bin storage and emergency reclaim. Single stage ball mill, with a flash flotation cell treating cyclone underflow. Separate gravity concentrators to treat ball mill discharge and flash flotation concentrate to produce Doré bullion output of up to 80% of the gold in the feed, again to handle high grade surges. Gravity plus flotation of approximately 93%, with an overall recovery estimated at approximately 90% with POX. Concentrate dewatering utilising a thickener and a filter to produce a transpor concentrate. Appropriate tailings handling facilities depending on plant location and underground paste fill requirements. Steinert Ore Sorters to reduce waste from the mining cycle and increase mill feed head grade. Steinert Ore Sorters reduce waste from the mining cycle, minimise transport costs and increase mill feed head grade. Samples from Alexander River and Sams Creek ore and waste are being tested by Steinert. Sensor Sorter Results from the theoretical sort have indicated potential for separation using STEINERT's combination Sensor Sorter.Board Change • Nov 21Less than half of directors are independentFollowing the recent departure of a director, there is only 1 independent director on the board. New Risk • Sep 11New major risk - Financial positionThe company has less than a year of cash runway based on its current free cash flow trend. Market cap is less than US$10m (AU$12.6m market cap, or US$8.41m).
New Risk • Jul 17New major risk - Market cap sizeThe company's market capitalization is less than US$10m. Market cap is less than US$10m (AU$14.8m market cap, or US$9.95m).
New Risk • May 31New major risk - Shareholder dilutionThe company's shareholders have been substantially diluted in the past year. Minor Risk Market cap is less than US$100m (AU$16.0m market cap, or US$10.6m).

공고 • Jan 31Siren Gold Limited Announces Global Resource Reaches Key 1Moz MilestoneSiren Gold Limited provided an update on the Mineral Resource Estimate (MRE) for the Alexander River and Sams Creek Projects. This interpretation is based on the offset of a dolerite dyke and the absence of the Loftus-McKay Shoot in holes drilled from the next two pads to the north.
공고 • Jan 24+ 1 more updateSiren Gold Limited Provides Update on its Auld Creek ProspectWestern New Zealand was originally part of Gondwana and lay adjacent to eastern Australia until around 80 Ma ago. The NW of the South Island of New Zealand comprises an area of predominantly early Paleozoic rocks in broad northerly trending belts, which terminate at the Alpine Fault. Subject to further trench results, the initial drilling will focus on defining the extent (height) and plunge of the Fraternal, Fraternal North and Bonanza Shoots.

Sensor Sorter Results from the theoretical sort have indicated potential for separation using STEINERT's combination Sensor Sorter.
