In October 2022, Discovery Geophysics International completed 23.4 line-km of ground based electromagnetic (EM) surveying, starting over the GMZ uranium discovery and continuing approximately 600 m to the north. Three high-priority EM conductors have been identified by the survey, which are interpreted to reflect the presence of graphite. One of the EM conductors is located directly at the GMZ and appears closely associated with the graphite altered basement rocks directly underlying the uranium mineralisation. Two additional EM conductors have been identified north of the GMZ (the GMX) and are interpreted to be a 600 m extension of the EM conductor at the GMZ. The third conductor was identified 350 m east of the GMZ, in an area which based on nearby drilling by 92 Energy, may be overlain by sedimentary rocks of the Athabasca Supergroup. The combination of Athabasca Supergroup sedimentary rocks overlying a graphitic fault zone represents an attractive exploration area to host high-grade uranium at the unconformity. Additionally, a review by the Company of a historical VLF electromagnetic survey conducted by Uranerz Exploration and Mining Limited in 1979 has relocated a series of significant north-east trending EM conductor axes in the western GMX. In addition to the EM survey, 288 line-km of drone magnetic surveying was completed over an area starting south of the GMZ and extending 4 km to the north through the GMX. A structural interpretation of the magnetic survey results has identified a 2.8 km-long fold trend extending north of the GMZ where prospective interpreted flexures in the basement geology are crosscut by regional magnetic lows, interpreted to be faults. Locations where these flexures in the basement geology are coincident with interpreted faults and EM conductor axes present analogues to the structural setting and geophysical expressions of the GMZ. Based on the results of the EM and magnetic surveying, a number of high priority targets have been identified for testing during the upcoming winter 2023 Gemini drill program. Additional ground EM coverage is planned along the western limb of the newly recognised fold trend to aid in drill planning. Next Steps: Processing and interpretation of the geophysical data is ongoing. The 92 Energy technical team intends to mobilise to the Gemini project in late January with an initial 4,000 m of diamond drilling scheduled for early February. Prior to the start of winter drilling, Discovery Geophysics International will conduct additional ground EM coverage over the western GMX to aid in drillhole planning.공시 • Dec 0792 Energy Limited has completed a Follow-on Equity Offering in the amount of AUD 2.235 million.92 Energy Limited has completed a Follow-on Equity Offering in the amount of AUD 2.235 million. The maiden drill program at Tower began in mid-September 2022 and totalled 1,919 m of drilling over four drillholes. All four drillholes evaluated the "western prospective corridor", a previously undrilled area which was identified by the Company based on a structural interpretation of the 2021 airborne magnetic survey results. Due to timeline constraints no drilling was undertaken at the "eastern prospective corridor" during the Company's September-October campaign. Drilling at Tower identified anomalous uranium concentrations in excess of 100 ppm U3O8 in drillholes TOW22-003 and 004. TOW22-004 returned the higher concentration of uranium, up to 570 ppm U3O8 along with elevated concentrations of unconformity-associated uranium pathfinder elements including arsenic (12 ppm), boron (86 ppm), cobalt (222 ppm), lead (166 ppm) and nickel (144 ppm). Clay spectral analysis of drill core samples from TOW22-001, 003 and 004 has also identified the presence of dravite intermittently throughout the drillholes. Dravite is a boron tourmaline group mineral commonly found near some unconformity-associated uranium deposits in the Athabasca Basin including McArthur River 2 and Arrow. Compilation, review, and drill targeting by the Company based on the results of the 2022 Tower drill program is ongoing.공시 • Nov 2392 Energy Limited Announces Additional High-Grade Uranium Assays Returned from the GMZ92 Energy Limited announced the final uranium assay results from all 21 drillholes completed at the GMZ during the recent Gemini summer campaign1. Highlight drillhole GEM22-042 intersected a 56.5 m wide zone of continuous uranium mineralisation averaging 0.28% U3O8. Discreet zones of more intense uranium mineralisation are present in four separate subintervals within the 56.5 m intercept, including 8.0 m averaging 0.85% U3O8 and 1.0 m averaging 1.13% U3O8. Drillhole GEM22-046 intersected 44.5 m of total composite uranium mineralisation including 27.0 m averaging 0.29% U3O8 and 16.0 m averaging 0.37% U3O8. Six subintervals of stronger uranium mineralisation occur throughout the 44.5 m of composite uranium mineralisation, including 4.5 m of 0.67% U3O8 and 5.0 m of 0.59% U3O8. GEM22-046 represents the southernmost drillhole at the GMZ and mineralization remains open for at least 80 m in that direction to the property boundary. Additional significant intercepts from the summer GMZ drill campaign include drillholes GEM22-035 and GEM22-037, which intersected 54.5 m and 39.5 m of total composite uranium mineralisation, respectively, and GEM22-045A, which intersected 3.5 m of strong uranium mineralisation averaging 0.83% U3O8. To date drilling at the GMZ has defined uranium mineralisation over a 220 m by 200 m area, between 60 m to 210 m vertically from surface, with an 87% hit rate2. Next Steps: Compilation and review of 2022 drill data from the Gemini Project is ongoing. In October 2022, Discovery International Geophysics completed an airborne magnetic and ground based electromagnetic survey over the GMZ and along the highly prospective trend to the north. Results of the geophysical program are currently being interpreted to aid in future drilling, scheduled for early 2023.Board Change • Nov 16Less than half of directors are independentThere are 4 new directors who have joined the board in the last 3 years. In addition to the previously reported Tower drill results, the final drillhole of the 2022 drill campaign, TOW22-004, has now been completed. TOW22-004 targeted the interpreted projection of anomalous radioactivity encountered in TOW22-002 and 003 where it intersects the unconformity. A total of 2.0m of composite 1 radioactivity 300 counts per second was intersected starting at a depth of 435.5m, hosted in altered basement rocks. The ability of the exploration team to adjust in the field when presented with encouraging results has been demonstrated with drillhole TOW22-004 and the subsequent positive result. The fact that the high radioactivity reading has been detected in the final drillhole is further demonstration of the team's ability to vector in on higher-grade zones. The presence of thick fault zones in the overlying Athabasca sediments, interpreted hydrothermal alteration throughout the drillholes and anomalous radioactivity all indicate to the Company that the vicinity of TOW22-002 to 004 warrants additional follow up drilling. Drill core samples from the program have been sent to the SRC Geoanalytical Laboratory inSaskatoon, Saskatchewan, to confirm that the anomalous radioactivity is due to uranium mineralisation and quantify the amount. Results are expected within the next eight (8) weeks. Next Steps at Tower: Compilation, review, and drill targeting by the Company based on the results of the 2022 Tower drill program is ongoing. Assay results are expected to be returned from the laboratory within eight (8) weeks.공시 • Oct 0492 Energy Limited, Annual General Meeting, Nov 03, 202292 Energy Limited, Annual General Meeting, Nov 03, 2022, at 15:00 W. The 2022 Tower drill program will utilise one diamond drill rig and will consist of an initial 1,600m of diamond drilling. Drilling will be carried out by Bryson Drilling Ltd. of Archerwill, Saskatchewan and will be helicopter assisted. Tower The Tower Property is located in the prolific eastern Athabasca Basin uranium district, approximately 10km southeast of Cameco Corp.'s Cigar Lake uranium mine, which has a total mineral reserve of 152.4 Mlbs U3O8 at a grade of 15.41% U3O8 1. Despite its prospective location, the Tower Property has only been historically tested by four drillholes and has not seen any significant exploration work since 2015. Review of the Company's 2021 airborne geophysical survey results along with historical data has identified highly prospective eastern and western structural corridors at Tower, both of which are the focus of the 2022 drill program . The interpreted structural setting of these corridors bears somesimilarities to the structural setting hosting Cameco Corp.'s Eagle Point/Rabbit Lake2 and Orano Canada's McClean Lake 3 uranium deposits, respectively. The Eagle Point/Rabbit Lake and McClean Lake uranium deposits have historically produced 203 Mlbs 4 and 50 Mlbs 5 of uranium, respectively. The eastern prospective corridor at Tower will be tested by three drillholes and measures 6.0km in length, with the unconformity expected to be within 150m of surface. The western prospective corridor will be tested by two drillholes and measures approximately 4.5km in length, with the unconformity expected to be within 275m of surface.공시 • Sep 1392 Energy Limited Announces rHighly Prospective Wares Uranium Property Staked92 Energy Limited provided an update on the newly acquired Wares Uranium Property in the Athabasca Basin in northern Saskatchewan. Wares Property: The Wares Uranium Property (the Property) was staked by 92 Energy and totals 1,284.9ha in two mineral claims. The Property is located 60km southeast of Uranium City and is approximately 6km south of the northern edge of the Athabasca Basin. The expected depth to the unconformity is 160m vertically from surface. The Wares Uranium Property is directly adjacent to the Wares Uranium Occurrence discovered by Shell Canada Resources Ltd. in 1979 1. The Wares Uranium Occurrence is defined by a single drillhole, 3991H-03, which intersected 0.18% U3O8 over 0.1m at the unconformity. The Wares Uranium Occurrence is not within the Property but is immediately adjacent to the Property boundary. The Property was last explored during the mid-2000's and despite the encouraging historical results, the uranium mineralisation intersected in hole 3991H-03 was never fully followed up with drilling or modern exploration techniques. This provides the Company with an opportunity to revisit the historical data and plan a modern drill program immediately adjacent to the Wares Uranium Occurrence. The Company looks to two examples of significant uranium discoveries recently made in the Athabasca Basin which can be attributed to identifying and following up on prospective historical drill results previously passed over, Hathor Exploration Ltd.'s Roughrider Deposit and IsoEnergy Ltd.'s Hurricane Deposit. The Roughrider Deposit was discovered in 2008 by Hathor Exploration Ltd. after a detailed historical re-logging program of drill core from the property, which guided ground geophysical programs. The discovery drillhole, MWNE-08-10, intersected 11.9m averaging 5.29% U3O8 and as of 2011, the Roughrider deposit totaled 17.2 Mlbs of U3O8 at an average grade of 1.98% U3O8 (Indicated) and 40.7 Mlbs of U3O8 at an average grade of 11.43% U3O8 (Inferred).공시 • Aug 2592 Energy Limited Provides an Update on Uranium Assay Results92 Energy Limited provided an update on uranium assay results received from six (6) of the 21 drillholes completed at the GMZ during the recent Gemini summer campaign. A significant zone of uranium mineralisation was intersected in drillhole GEM22-025, returning 43.0m of continuous uranium mineralisation averaging 0.62% U3O8, including a subinterval averaging 1.16% U3O8 over 18.0m. Within the 18.0m subinterval is a high-grade core averaging 2.17% U3O8 over 6.0m. This interval is the highest-grade zone of uranium mineralisation identified at the GMZ thus far and is superior to the eU3O8 grade previously reported3. GEM22-027 targeted the projection of GEM22-025 uranium mineralisation 25m up-dip and intersected 66.0m of total composite4 uranium mineralisation including a 34.5m of interval averaging 0.32% U3O8. Two subintervals of strong uranium mineralisation were cored within the 34.5m zone, returning 3.0m averaging 0.86% U3O8 and 2.5m averaging 0.97% U3O8. GEM22-029 targeted the projection of GEM22-027 uranium mineralisation 25m up-dip and intersected 51.0m of total composite uranium mineralisation. An 11.0m thick "upper" zone averaged 0.35% U3O8 with a 5.0m subinterval averaging 0.57% U3O8. Further downhole a "lower" zone was intersected, consisting of 37.0m averaging 0.22% U3O8 with three high grade subintervals returning up to 2.09% U3O8 over 0.5m. To date drilling at the GMZ has defined uranium mineralisation over a 220m by 200m area, between 60m to 210m vertically from surface, with an 84% hit rate5.Compilation and review of 2022 drill data from the Gemini Project is ongoing. Over the coming months, the 92 Energy technical team is planning to acquire additional high resolution geophysical coverage over the GMZ and GMX to aid in drill targeting further high- grade uranium mineralisation, with the aim of further expanding the GMZ. Drill planning for 2023 will follow the completion and synthesis of these geophysical surveys and will be announced once finalised. All drill core samples from the Gemini Project have been sent to the Saskatchewan Research Council Geoanalytical Laboratory for chemical assays. Results are typically taking 6-8 weeks to be returned.공시 • Aug 1892 Energy Limited Provides an Update on the Equivalent Uranium (Eu3o8) Results from the Now Completed, 7,160M Summer 2022 Gemini Drill Program92 Energy Limited provided an update on the equivalent uranium (eU3O8) results from the now completed, 7,160m summer 2022 Gemini drill program. GMZ Results; Equivalent uranium (% eU3O8) grades are reported for the final summer 2022 GMZ drillholes, GEM22-042 to GEM22-047, with uranium grades derived from a calibrated 2GHF-1000 triple gamma probe. Drilling southeast of the strong mineralisation intersected in GEM22-025 has continued to intersect broad zones of mineralisation which include 3.6m of 0.9% eU3O8 within 49.9m of total composite1 uranium mineralisation in GEM22-042 and 1.4m of 0.9% eU3O8 and 1.1m of 1.0% eU3O8 within 40.0m of composite mineralisation in GEM22-046. Twenty-one drillholes were completed at the GMZ during the summer 2022 campaign, totalling 6,095m. Drilling at the GMZ returned an 81% success rate with 17 of 21 drillholeshaving intersected >0.5m of 0.05% eU3O8. At the end of the 2022 summer drill campaign, uranium mineralisation at the GMZ has been defined over a 220m by 200m area and remains open to the north, northwest, southeast, and southwest. Drillholes GEM22-43 and 044 were drilled 60m northwest of the GMZ and while they did not intersect significant radioactivity, the geology encountered suggests the prospective graphite altered basement unit which is spatially associated with uranium mineralisation is located down-dip of these two drillholes. Exploration Drilling; In addition to the GMZ drilling outlined above, four reconnaissance drillholes were completed at Camp West and the GMZ Extension (GMX) on the Gemini Project, totalling 1,065m. GEM22-038, 040 and 041 were drilled at the Camp West target area (located approximately 6km southwest of the GMZ). GEM22-038 and 040 targeted the interpreted projection of strong basement alteration intersected in GEM22-009 and GEM22- 011 . GEM22-038 and 040 intersected bleached and blocky Athabasca sediments which were underlain by pervasively clay, hematite and chlorite altered basement. The strong to moderate intensity basement alteration in GEM22-038 and 040 was present to a vertical depth of just over 100m below surface. No anomalous radioactivity was intersected; however, the degree of alteration and structural disruption is considered encouraging by 92 Energy. GEM22-041 targeted an interpreted structural intersection southwest of GEM22-038 and 040. A thin veneer of Athabasca sediments was cored, underlain by weakly altered basement rocks. No anomalous radioactivity was intersected in the drillhole. GEM22-039 was drilled 2.5km northeast of the GMZ, off the main GMX trend, following up on the anomalous radioactivity intersected in GEM22-020 . The drillhole intersected altered basement rocks but no anomalous radioactivity was detected.공시 • Aug 0292 Energy Limited to Drill 1,500M At Tower Uranium Project92 Energy Limited provided an update on further planned 2022 exploration activities on its Athabasca Basin, Saskatchewan, uranium properties. The Tower Property is located in the eastern Athabasca Basin, approximately 10km east of the world-class Cigar Lake uranium mine. Despite its prospective location, the Tower Property has only been historically tested by four drill holes. A maiden drill program consisting of an initial 1,500m is planned at the Tower Property beginning in mid-September 2022. The drill program will test encouraging geophysical anomalies and interpreted geologic structures generated by 92 Energy's 2021 airborne versatile time domain electromagnetic (VTEM) survey, as well as by historical airborne gravity and magnetic surveys. Review the available geophysical data by 92 Energy has resulted in identification of three high priority exploration corridors which range in length between 1 - 10km. Drilling in 2022 be focused within these corridors at areas of interpreted structural significance. The Company looks forward to providing further updates on the maiden Tower drill program in due course, as well as from the ongoing Gemini drill program.공시 • Jul 2792 Energy Limited Extends Gemini Summer Drill Program92 Energy Limited provided an update from the ongoing summer 2022 Gemini drill program. To date, fourteen summer 2022 drill holes have been completed at the GMZ. Encouragingly, twelve of these drill holes have intersected uranium mineralization, supporting the geological model at the GMZ discovery. Due to the increasing confidence in the model, the Company announced that the initial 6,000m Gemini summer 2022 drill program has been extended by 1,200m to 7,200m. This expanded program leaves approximately 2,966m of drilling to be completed this summer with the additional drilling allocated towards the GMZ. The goal at the GMZ is to determine the extent of the strong uranium mineralization encountered in GEM22-025, which returned 41.8m of 0.5% eU3O8 including 6.4m of 2.0% eU3O8. 공시 • Feb 0992 Energy Limited Announces New Drilling Program Underway to Continue Growing Known High-Grade Mineralisation Along Strike92 Energy Limited announced the start of the winter drilling program at its Gemini uranium discovery in Canada's world-class Athabasca Basin. A diamond drill rig is now on site and has commenced an initial 4,000 m program. The winter 2023 drill program will focus on extending the known uranium mineralisation at the Gemini uranium discovery and will test targets along a highly prospective 2.8 km trend identified by the recently completed geophysical program. At the Gemini uranium discovery, drilling is planned 60 m southeast of the currently defined mineralisation and aims to extend the wide zones of uranium intersected on drill line 060SW, which includes GEM22-046 (44.5 m of total composite uranium mineralisation with a highlight interval of 27.0 m of 0.29% U3O8). To date, 34 drillholes have been completed at the Gemini uranium discovery and it remains open in all directions. Exploration drilling is planned along a high-priority 2.8 km trend extending from the Gemini uranium discovery identified by the Company's October 2022 Gemini geophysical program Drilling will focus on prospective structural intersections that are considered analogous to the structural setting hosting the Gemini uranium discovery. Additional exploration drilling will also be undertaken in an area 8 km from the Gemini uranium discovery, testing significant interpreted structural trends coincident with electromagnetic anomalies identified by the Company's 2021 airborne survey.
공시 • Jan 1992 Energy Limited Announces Highly Promising Results from A Recent Geophysical Program Completed At the Gemini Uranium Project92 Energy Limited announced highly promising results from a recent geophysical program completed at the Gemini uranium project in Canada's Athabasca Basin. Prior to the start of winter drilling, Discovery Geophysics International will conduct additional ground EM coverage over the western GMX to aid in drillhole planning.

공시 • Dec 0192 Energy Limited Announces the Geochemical Results from Maiden Drill Program At its 100% Owned Tower Property92 Energy Limited announced the geochemical results from the Company's maiden drill program at its 100% owned Tower Property (Tower). Compilation, review, and drill targeting by the Company based on the results of the 2022 Tower drill program is ongoing.
공시 • Nov 2392 Energy Limited Announces Additional High-Grade Uranium Assays Returned from the GMZ92 Energy Limited announced the final uranium assay results from all 21 drillholes completed at the GMZ during the recent Gemini summer campaign1. Results of the geophysical program are currently being interpreted to aid in future drilling, scheduled for early 2023.

공시 • Oct 1992 Energy Limited Announces High Radioactivity Detected in Final Tower Drillhole92 Energy Limited provided an update on the Company's maiden drill program at its 100% owned Tower Property. Assay results are expected to be returned from the laboratory within eight (8) weeks.

공시 • Sep 2092 Energy Limited Provides an Update on the Company's 2022 Drill Program At Its 100% Owned Tower Property92 Energy Limited provided an update on the Company's 2022 drill program at its 100% owned Tower Property. 92 Energy's technical team is now on site and drilling is currently underway. The western prospective corridor will be tested by two drillholes and measures approximately 4.5km in length, with the unconformity expected to be within 275m of surface.
공시 • Sep 1392 Energy Limited Announces rHighly Prospective Wares Uranium Property Staked92 Energy Limited provided an update on the newly acquired Wares Uranium Property in the Athabasca Basin in northern Saskatchewan. The discovery drillhole, MWNE-08-10, intersected 11.9m averaging 5.29% U3O8 and as of 2011, the Roughrider deposit totaled 17.2 Mlbs of U3O8 at an average grade of 1.98% U3O8 (Indicated) and 40.7 Mlbs of U3O8 at an average grade of 11.43% U3O8 (Inferred).
공시 • Aug 2592 Energy Limited Provides an Update on Uranium Assay Results92 Energy Limited provided an update on uranium assay results received from six (6) of the 21 drillholes completed at the GMZ during the recent Gemini summer campaign. Results are typically taking 6-8 weeks to be returned.
공시 • Aug 1892 Energy Limited Provides an Update on the Equivalent Uranium (Eu3o8) Results from the Now Completed, 7,160M Summer 2022 Gemini Drill Program92 Energy Limited provided an update on the equivalent uranium (eU3O8) results from the now completed, 7,160m summer 2022 Gemini drill program. The drillhole intersected altered basement rocks but no anomalous radioactivity was detected.
공시 • Aug 0292 Energy Limited to Drill 1,500M At Tower Uranium Project92 Energy Limited provided an update on further planned 2022 exploration activities on its Athabasca Basin, Saskatchewan, uranium properties. The Company looks forward to providing further updates on the maiden Tower drill program in due course, as well as from the ongoing Gemini drill program.
공시 • Jul 2792 Energy Limited Extends Gemini Summer Drill Program92 Energy Limited provided an update from the ongoing summer 2022 Gemini drill program. As set out above, the Company is expanding the current summer GMZ discovery drill program with drilling currently ongoing on site. 공시 • Jun 0292 Energy Limited Commences Summer Drill Program at the GMZ Uranium Discovery92 Energy Limited provided an update on the Company's Summer 2022 Drill Program at its 100% owned Gemini Project. 92 Energy's technical team is now on site with drilling set to commence on June 10, 2022. The Gemini summer 2022 drill program will utilise two diamond drill rigs and will consist of an initial 6,000m of diamond drilling. The drill rigs are already on site, located at the GMZ, and drilling will be carried out by Bryson Drilling Ltd. of Archerwill, Saskatchewan. Gemini Mineralised Zone The primary focus of the summer 2022 drill program will be continued exploration at the GMZ uranium discovery. Drilling at the end of the Gemini winter 2022 program identified strong, thick intervals of uranium mineralisation southwest of discovery drillhole GEM-004 which returned results of up to 17.0m of continuous uranium mineralisation averaging 0.38% U3O8, including 8.0m averaging 0.62% U3O8. Follow-up drilling at the GMZ will prioritize the area southwest of GEM22-022 and GEM22- 019 which is interpreted to be in the up-dip direction. The aim of the drill program is to expand the footprint of uranium mineralisation at the GMZ. Reconnaissance Drilling In addition to the drilling at the GMZ, reconnaissance drilling is also planned at the GMZ Extension (GMX), Camp West (CW) and Wilfried (WF) exploration areas. Winter 2022 drilling at the GMX intersected intense hydrothermal alteration and anomalous radioactivity up to 630 counts per second (cps) in drillholes GEM22-016 and GEM22-020, respectively. Based on the encouraging results, follow-up drilling is warranted. Winter 2022 drilling at Camp West intersected faulted and altered Athabasca Basin sediments underlain by a zone of intensely altered basement rocks. Based on the scale and intensity of hydrothermal alteration and structural disruption, additional follow up drilling at the Camp West area is also warranted. Drilling at the Wilfried exploration area aims to follow up on historical drillholes which displayed hydrothermal alteration, significant brittle-ductile structures and low levels of uranium mineralisation intersected in one drillhole.
공시 • May 1492 Energy Limited Receives Uranium Assay Results from Four of the Twelve Drillholes Completed at the GMZ During the 2022 Winter Drill Program92 Energy Limited announced that it has received uranium assay results from four of the twelve drillholes completed at the GMZ during the 2022 winter drill program. The Company confirms that strong uranium mineralisation was intersected in all four drillholes and that high-grade uranium (>1.00% U3O8) was intersected in two of the drillholes. The GMZ uranium discovery is located on 92 Energy's 100% owned Gemini Project (the Project) in the Athabasca Basin, Saskatchewan. A plan view showing uranium assay results and the projected outline of uranium mineralisation based on all radioactivity intersected to-date at the GMZ. Based on an interpretation of the chemical assay and radioactivity results, the thickness and grade of uranium mineralisation appears to be improving to the west-southwest of discovery drillhole GEM-004. Consequently, follow-up drilling will be focused in this area, which is interpreted to be towards the up-dip direction. A cross section of drillholes GEM22-017, 019 and 022. The Company is currently awaiting assay results from the remaining eight winter 2022 GMZ drillholes and seven reconnaissance exploration drillholes at the Gemini Project. The Company will commence its summer 2022 drill program at Gemini during the first week of June. The drill program will consist of an initial 6,000m of diamond drilling, with the focus of the program. A portion of the drilling will also evaluate other prospective areas property wide.

This geological understanding will be further tested in the upcoming drill program to commence in June 2022; Elevated radioactivity was intersected in 11 out of 12 drillholes at the GMZ1; Elevated radioactivity at the GMZ has now been defined over a length of 230m in the northwest-southeast direction and 80m in the northeast-southwest direction; The GMZ remains open in all directions; All drillholes at the GMZ are associated with a broad and strong zone of bleaching, clay and hematite alteration controlled by fault breccias and other structures; Drill core samples from this program have been sent for chemical analysis, with results expected within 1-2 months; The Winter-2022 drill program at the Gemini Project is now complete, totalling 19 drillholes over 5,378m of drilling; and Gemini is located 27km southeast of the McArthur River uranium mine, the larger high-grade uranium deposit in the world.
공시 • Mar 0792 Energy Limited Provides Exploration Update at the Gmz Uranium Discovery at Gemini Project92 Energy Limited provided an exploration update on the current drilling activity at the GMZ Uranium Discovery at its 100%owned Gemini Project. To date, the Company has completed four drillholes at the GMZ, with all four drillholes (incl. initial discovery hole GEM-004) intersecting elevated radioactivity. GEM22-005, GEM22-006 and GEM22-008 are the first three winter 2022 drill holes completed at the GMZ since the initial discovery hole, GEM-004, which returned 5.5m at 0.12% U3O8. GEM22-005, GEM22-006 and GEM22-008 all intersected elevated radioactivity, which has now been defined over a length of 84m across strike. The most intense radioactivity encountered thus far in the winter 2022 program was intersected in drillhole GEM22-006, which cut a total of 14m of composite elevated radioactivity ranging from <300 to 2,230 cps. All drill holes at the GMZ are hosted in intensely altered and structurally deformed basement hosted rocks. The GMZ is open in all directions and follow-up drilling is ongoing. One drill hole, GEM22-007, was completed at the Camp West target area approximately 7km southwest of the GMZ. GEM22-005 was collared 30m grid north of GEM-004 and tested for radioactivity 25m up-dip of GEM-004. Bedrock was intersected at a depth of 38.0m downhole and consisted of intensely bleached, chlorite, clay and hematite altered basement rocks. A composite one metre of intermittent elevated radioactivity was identified between 212.0 and 215.5m downhole with a maximum reading of 680 cps measured on handheld scintillometer. The drillhole was terminated at a final depth of 308.0m in fresh granite. GEM22-006 was collared from the same drill pad as GEM22-005 and tested for radioactivity 25m down-dip of GEM-004. Bedrock was intersected at a depth of 32.5m downhole and consisted of intensely bleached, chlorite, clay and hematite altered basement rocks. A composite 14.0m wide zone of elevated radioactivity was identified between 229.0 and 245.5m downhole with a maximum of 2,230 cps measured on a handheld scintillometer. The drillhole was terminated at a final depth of 317.0m in fresh granite. GEM22-008 was collared from the same drill pad as GEM22-005 and GEM22-006 and tested for radioactivity 25m down-dip of GEM-006. Bedrock was intersected at a depth of 27.3m downhole and consisted of intensely bleached, chlorite, clay and hematite altered basement rocks. A 2.0m wide zone of elevated radioactivity was identified between 245.0 and 247.0m downhole with a maximum of 650 cps measured on a handheld scintillometer. The drillhole was terminated at a final depth of 330.0m in fresh granite.
공시 • Feb 1092E Drilling Program Commences At GMZ Uranium Discovery92 Energy Limited provided an update on the Company's Winter 2022 Drill Program at its 100% owned Gemini Project (`Gemini'). The Gemini Winter Drill Program has commenced. Two drill rigs, drilling equipment and personnel have arrived at site, with the first drill rig being moved onto the drill pad. Two drill rigs will carry out an initial planned 6,600m of diamond drilling, with drilling to commence this weekend. The primary focus of the current drill program will be to follow up on discovery drill hole GEM-004 to determine the extent of mineralization at the GMZ uranium discovery. The GMZ discovery was made during the Company's inaugural drill program in 2021. Drill hole GEM-004 intersected 5.5m of 0.12% U3O8 (1,200 ppm U3O8), including 1.0m of 0.28% U3O8 (2,800 ppm U3O8), with the highest-grade assay within this sub-interval being 0.5m of 0.36% U3O8 (3,600 ppm U3O8) from 234.5 to 235.0m. In addition to the drilling at the GMZ, the Company has identified a 1.8km long trend to the north of GEM-004 that is a priority for this drilling campaign. This area is considered highly prospective exploration ground due to the intersection of an interpreted north-south VTEM structural trend that hosts the GMZ, with northeast trending magnetic lows, interpreted to be structural and/or alteration corridors. Collectively, this is referred to as the Gemini Extension Target (GMX). Stepping away from the GMZ and GMX, drilling is also planned at Camp West (CW), and Wilfried (WF) to follow up on historical drill holes which displayed hydrothermal alteration and significant brittle-ductile structures. One historical drill hole at Wilfried Lake also returned low levels of uranium mineralization.

The Gemini Project is located in the Athabasca Basin region of northern Saskatchewan, Canada, which is also home to several world class uranium deposits including McArthur River and Cigar Lake. The Gemini Winter Drill Program is due to commence in January 2022 and will consist of an initial 6,600m of diamond drilling. The majority of the drill program will follow up the GMZ discovery drill hole GEM-004 with the objective of determining the extent of uranium mineralisation along and across strike. GEM-004 intersected 5.5m of 0.12% U3O8 (1,200 ppm U3O8), including 1.0m of 0.28% U3O8 (2,800 ppm U3O8), with the highest-grade assay within this sub-interval being 0.5m of 0.36% U3O8 (3,600 ppm U3O8) from 234.5 to 235.0m. The company has also identified a 1.8km long trend to the north of GEM-004 which is considered highly prospective exploration ground due to the intersection of an interpreted north-south VTEM structural trend (dashed purple line) with northeast trending 1VD magnetic lows (blue colours in shaded background image, black dashed lines). Collectively, this is referred to as the Gemini Extension Target (GMX). In addition to the GMZ and the GMX, drilling is also planned at Camp West (CW), and Wilfried (WF) to follow up historical drill holes which displayed hydrothermal alteration and significant brittle-ductile structures. A historical drill hole at Wilfried also returned low levels of uranium mineralisation. The company's program is planned and permitted, and 92E's local exploration team has appointed Bryson Drilling of Archerwill, Saskatchewan as drill contractor.
