She is also a board member of the Monetary Authority of Singapore. In addition, Mrs. Ong is a board member and chairs the Audit and Risk Committees of SkillsFuture Singapore, Workforce Singapore, and the Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine at Nanyang Technological University. Mrs. Ong is also the chairperson of the Institute of Human Resource Professionals (IHRP), and serves on the Judicial Service Commission.
