TGMP is a technology platform that helps utilities accelerate their grid modernization efforts. The platform includes a smart grid architecture comprised of connected devices, communications networks, grid data management, applications and analytics. TRUSync, an expansion of the software acquired through Tantalus' acquisition of Congruitive in 2022, is a ground-breaking middleware layer that delivers true interoperability and automates the integration of all utility data captured from any device, any system and any vendor. The need for this type of platform has never been greater. In a survey of 116 utilities finalized by Tantalus in 2023, 93% said that modernizing their distribution grid was an important priority while only 11% felt completely prepared to do so. Grid modernization requires utilities to harness the power of data across all devices located throughout the entire distribution grid - from devices deployed inside the substation to distributed energy resources (DERs) and smart appliances located behind the meter. By offering a modular approach, TGMP enables utilities to be more surgical and strategic in their deployments while minimizing the cost of prematurely abandoning existing investments and assets. The platform delivers unprecedented levels of visibility, command and control and provides an autonomous, flexible, secure and affordable path to grid modernization. An integral component of TGMP is TRUSync, a middleware layer that sits between a utility's connected devices and the software applications and analytics packages that use the data those devices generate. The power of TRUSync comes from true data interoperability delivered through a library of protocols and data models. The software generates a unified, single version of the truth that bridges the gap between Operational Technology (OT) and Information Technology (IT). This represents a first for the industry and serves as a catalyst for grid modernization. The software generates a unified, single version of the truth that bridges the gap between Operational Technology (OT) and Information Technology (IT). This represents a first for the industry and serves as a catalyst for grid modernization. In addition, Tantalus is rebranding its existing suite of solutions to align the overall platform, including: TRUConnectTM AMI: Tantalus' purpose-built edge computing endpoints that are capable of integrating a wide range of field devices and meters across a robust communications network and a suite of software applications. TRUGridTM Automation: Tantalus' rapidly expanding suite of applications and data analytics that leverage AI to anticipate and proactively respond to challenges arising from failing distribution equipment, such as transformers, extreme weather events or imbalances between the supply and demand of electricity. TRUFlexTM Load+DER Management: Tantalus' solution to help utilities manage a wide variety of residential and commercial loads responsively, reliably and flexibly while reducing costs associated with power outages and improving operational efficiencies. TRUSense GatewayTM: Tantalus' innovative suite of collar-based connected devices that deliver AMI 2.0 functionality without unnecessarily ripping and replacing existing meters. These devices also capture substation-level power quality measurements at the meter socket and deliver a utility-dedicated and secure connection to DERs and smart appliances located behind the meter. TRUSense Gateways also enhance investments in fiber-to-the-home broadband initiatives.お知らせ • Oct 19Tantalus Systems Holding Inc. to Report Q3, 2023 Results on Nov 07, 2023Tantalus Systems Holding Inc. announced that they will report Q3, 2023 results After-Market on Nov 07, 2023お知らせ • Sep 09Tantalus Systems Announces Start of Field Trials for the Trusense Fiber GatewayTantalus Systems announced the start of field trials for the TRUSense™ Fiber Gateway. The TRUSense Gateway serves as a multi-purpose socket-based device that accelerates the modernization of the distribution grid for utilities and delivers secure and interoperable integration of behind-the-meter DERs onto the distribution system. The TRUSense Gateway is available for multiple communications protocols, including fiber, ethernet and cellular. The field trials of the TFG are being conducted at several utilities to evaluate and confirm use cases in real-world scenarios prior to product launch. As part of the field trials, participating utilities will confirm the effectiveness and functionality of important features of the TFG including: Providing IPv4/IPv6 communications reliability, security and speed combined with standards-based applications, including IEEE 2030.5, to enable utilities to extend the edge of the grid to devices located behind the meter, such as electric vehicle chargers, inverters, smart appliances and intelligent circuit breakers; Utilizing advanced power quality measurement at the meter socket to pinpoint voltage anomalies, extract waveforms and measure the impact of distributed energy resources ("DERs") on the utility's assets, such as distribution transformers; Unleashing the full benefits of AMI 2.0 via on-board sub-cycle measurement at the edge of the grid with full meter interchangeability and without requiring utilities to undergo the expense and risks of ripping and replace existing metering assets; and Leveraging investment s in fiber with TRUSense's last-mile fiber-system agnostic approach to enable utility-based applications - as well as to deliver broadband services to the communities they serve. Coupled with the high-resolution measurement of power delivery, transient power events and local conditions such as sags, swells, outages and phase information, utilities will be able to pinpoint vulnerable distribution equipment, such as transformers, understand the true impact of electric vehicles and other DERs on the distribution grid, build robust demand-side flexibility programs, and mitigate the frequency and duration of power outages. In conjunction with expanding cybersecurity requirements, the TRUSense Gateway is a highly secure platform using innovative VPN technologies, secure boot, encryption of data at rest, security-enhanced Linux and multiple firewalls to segregate consumers' behind-the-meter devices data from utility operational data. This solution comes at a time when utilities report that they are massively under-prepared to deal with the accelerating adoption of EVs, rooftop solar and other devices. Tantalus' inaugural Utility of the Future study, released in January 2023, revealed that 69% of North American utilities surveyed reported being only a little or not at all prepared for the impact of EVs on their distribution grids. That same study showed that modernizing and digitizing the distribution grid -which includes access to interoperable data from behind the meter-was a priority for 93% of utilities surveyed.お知らせ • Jul 13Tantalus Systems Holding Inc. to Report Q2, 2023 Results on Aug 14, 2023Tantalus Systems Holding Inc. announced that they will report Q2, 2023 results After-Market on Aug 14, 2023お知らせ • Feb 07Tantalus Releases Results of Its Inaugural Utility of the Future SurveyTantalus Systems announced the findings of its inaugural Utility of the Future Survey. The survey asked utilities about their concerns and priorities, including what they feel most and least prepared for, as well as how important it is for them to modernize and digitize their grid. Based on the results from the survey, utilities are most concerned about the impact electric vehicles (EVs) will have on the reliability of the distribution grid, regulatory requirements to decarbonize their systems and the current state of the economy in the United States. Utilities are also concerned with cybersecurity threats, hiring and retaining staff, the increasing number of extreme weather events and planning for future technology innovations. Relative to these concerns, the survey found that utilities are least prepared to address the expected impact EVs will have on grid reliability as adoption rates accelerate, new regulations tied to decarbonization and conservation and how the state of the U.S. economy is impacting their communities. Utilities are also struggling to prepare for increasing staff attrition rates as many employees reach retirement and integrating an increasing number of rooftop solar installations across their service territories. In order to prepare for and address these concerns, a significant majority of utilities are seeking to modernize their electric distribution grids, with 94% of respondents confirming that grid modernization is a high or mid-level priority and only 6% saying modernization is a low priority. Further, only 11% of utilities have already taken the necessary steps to modernize their grid or feel prepared to modernize and digitize their distribution grid. The online survey was fielded between October 24 and December 16, 2022 and gathered 116 responses from Tantalus' customers across North America. The survey evaluated the respondents' level of concern with respect to several issues relative to the utility's preparedness to address those issues.お知らせ • Jan 20Tantalus Systems Holding Inc. to Report Fiscal Year 2022 Results on Mar 13, 2023Tantalus Systems Holding Inc. announced that they will report fiscal year 2022 results on Mar 13, 2023決済の安定と成長配当データの取得安定した配当: TGMP.Fの 1 株当たり配当が過去に安定していたかどうかを判断するにはデータが不十分です。 これは、TTM(Trailing Twelve Month)またはLTM(Last Twelve Month)データとして知られています。

That same study showed that modernizing and digitizing the distribution grid -which includes access to interoperable data from behind the meter-was a priority for 93% of utilities surveyed.

お知らせ • Feb 07Tantalus Releases Results of Its Inaugural Utility of the Future SurveyTantalus Systems announced the findings of its inaugural Utility of the Future Survey. The survey evaluated the respondents' level of concern with respect to several issues relative to the utility's preparedness to address those issues.
