Seeking Alpha • Jan 28Mandiant: Billions In Cash And Recurrent Revenue Justify A Higher ValuationMandiant, Inc. offers intelligence-based cybersecurity solutions, including threat intelligence, security validation, and automated alert investigation included in the Mandiant Advantage platform. The company also has a significant amount of cash to finance new marketing activities to attract new customers. It is very relevant to note that the company’s recurring revenue continues to grow at a CAGR of 24%. If the company signs new M&A agreements, hires new sales engineers, and develops new solutions, revenue growth will most likely trend north. If we use a WACC of 5.5%, the sum of the FCFs stands at $2.3 billion. I also used an EBITDA multiple of 25x, which would imply an IRR close to 20%-21.5%.
