He had also served as the Vice President and Treasurer at Shanghai Singapore Business Association for a one-year term in 2017, the precursor to Singcham Shanghai. Mr. Yoong holds a Bachelor's Degree from Tsinghua University, School of Economics and Management, majoring in Management Information System and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder. お知らせ • Feb 07Parkson Retail Group Limited Announces Chief Financial Officer ChangesThe board of directors (the "Board") of Parkson Retail Group Limited announced the appointment of Mr. Yoong Kang Chee as the Chief Financial Officer of the Group ("CFO") on behalf of the Company and its subsidiaries (collectively referred to as the "Group") with effect from 1 February 2023. Upon the appointment of Mr. Yoong as the CFO, Ms. Juliana Cheng San San relinquished her role as the Acting CFO and remains an Executive Director of the Company. Mr. Yoong, aged 42, joined the Group as the Corporate Officer in October 2020, in charge of the Corporate Finance Department. Mr. Yoong has over 15 years of wide-ranging experience spanning retail, consumer, infrastructure, environmental protection and manufacturing industries, and has extensive exposure in financial and business management. He had also served as the Vice President and Treasurer at Shanghai Singapore Business Association for a one-year term in 2017, the precursor to Singcham Shanghai. Mr. Yoong holds a Bachelor's Degree from Tsinghua University, School of Economics and Management, majoring in Management Information System and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder. The Board would like to express its warm welcome to Mr. Yoong on his new appointment.
