Noveris Health Sciences Appoints Nathan Mison as Chair of Advisory Board Noveris Health Sciences Inc. announced the appointment of Nathan Mison as Chair of the Company's Advisory Board. The Advisory Board has been established by the Companys Board of Directors to provide management and the Board with access to additional external expertise as the Company continues its strategic review of its intellectual property portfolio and related opportunities. The Advisory Board is intended to serve in an advisory capacity only and will not have decision-making authority on behalf of the Company. Its mandate includes providing strategic input, identifying potential opportunities, supporting managements assessment of relevant industry, regulatory, partnership and commercialization matters, and recommending additional advisory candidates whose expertise may support the Companys strategic objectives. Mr. Mison is President and Founding Partner of Diplomat Consulting and currently serves as Chair of TrustBIX Inc. (TSXV: TBIX). He has extensive experience advising organizations operating in regulated industries, with particular expertise in public affairs, stakeholder engagement, regulatory strategy, government relations, and strategic communications. As Chair of the Advisory Board, Mr. Mison will assist management and the Board in organizing and leading the Advisory Boards activities, identifying and recommending additional advisory board candidates, and providing strategic input in support of opportunities arising from the Companys ongoing strategic review process. Nathan brings valuable experience working with organizations operating in complex and evolving regulatory environments, said Jason Birmingham, Chief Executive Officer of Noveris. His background in public affairs, stakeholder engagement, strategic communications and regulatory matters will provide important perspective as it continue evaluating opportunities identified through their strategic review process. Mr. Field is a seasoned entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience in business development, product innovation, and leadership.
