Dominic will join Naked Wines on 11 November 2024. Dominic will succeed James Crawford who, as previously announced, is stepping down as CFO in the Autumn of 2024 and is supporting the CFO transition process. Dominic joins Naked Wines from his position as CFO at Mind Gym PLC where he has helped return the business to profitability, whilst building scalable global operations. He brings with him significant experience from senior finance roles at international high growth consumer, digital and FMCG companies. Dominic previously spent 10 years in various financial positions at Reckitt Benckiser culminating in the role of Regional Finance Director of its North American Pharmaceuticals business, where he was instrumental in the successful listing of Indivior plc. As Commercial Finance Director at Moneysupermarket.com, he helped return the Insurance business to double digit growth and as Regional Finance Director he helped Just Eat optimise its digital investments which led to substantial growth in the EU region; he also played a key role in the integration of Just Eat's newly acquired Delivery business.

This timing is consistent with the two-to-three-year incentive arrangement agreed with James when he rejoined the Board as CFO in 2022 and reflects his significant involvement over the past year in strengthening the financial position of the company. James will undertake a thorough transition process including overseeing the conclusion of the audit and presentation of the fiscal year 2024 results before leaving the business during the autumn by which time The company expects to have a successor in place. The Company has a well advanced transition plan with the permanent recruitment process already underway.

Maza, Naked's UK Managing Director since September 2023, will work side-by-side with Rowan Gormley, Executive Chairman, over the next several months to ensure a successful transition, after which he will assume the Group CEO role permanently and Rowan will resume his previous role as Non-Executive Chairman. Maza will join the Board of Naked with immediate effect. Naked has greatly valued Maza's contribution to the business thus far and welcomes his future leadership. He has been working closely with Rowan and the executive team to define Naked's turnaround strategy. Alongside the Board, he will now lead its execution, leveraging his customer-centric approach and extensive experience of cross-functional teams to restore sustainable growth for the Company. The Company has also appointed Emma Kamel, formerly COO of the UK business, to succeed Maza as General Manager of the UK business. Emma has over six years of experience with Naked, rising through the organization including as Commercial and Supply Chain Director.
