The Notes are convertible into a maximum of 331,917 Ordinary Shares of the company at a conversion value of AUD 9.04 and minimum Conversion value of AUD 3.50. The free attaching Options, being 150,000 options for each AUD 500,000 face value in convertible notes, have an exercise price of AUD 7.59 and will expire on May 5, 2027.
