Andersen Announces Executive Promotions, Effective January 1, 2026
Andersen has promoted 16 professionals to the position of managing director, effective January 1, 2026. The new managing directors are Emad Asgari, Pareesa Ashabi, Trevor Barton, Kristen Bolin, Jacob Caplan, Eric Chan, Steve Clayton, Jessica Cruz, Guy Dryden, Amy Frees, Emerson Go, Mike Kollman, Rachael Page, Anne Rachko, Jaskirat Sandhu, and Tanner Wickes. Emad Asgari is a member of the Private Client Services practice specializing in compliance and planning for individuals and partnerships, Qualified Small Business Stock (QSBS) planning, and equity compensation. Pareesa Ashabi is with the Private Client Services practice delivering tax compliance and consulting for high-net-worth individuals, estate planning, charitable trusts, and family office structures. Trevor Barton is part of NAO’s National Talent Acquisition team and leads the Experienced Hire Talent Acquisition recruiting group. Kristen Bolin is a member of the Alternative Investment Funds practice and specializes in tax compliance and consulting for fund of funds, profits interest partnerships, and family offices. Jacob Caplan is part of Private Client Services practice and focuses on tax compliance and consulting for ultra-high-net-worth individuals and owner-operator clients with a strong focus on mergers and acquisitions of private businesses. Eric Chan is part of the Private Accounting Solutions practice and focuses on profits interest planning, alternative investments, and accounting for investment partnerships. Steve Clayton is a part of the Alternative Investment Funds practice with a focus on tax compliance and consulting for partnerships, including fund of funds, venture capital, and private equity funds. Jessica Cruz, with the Private Accounting Solutions practice, provides private accounting and consulting for family offices, focusing on financial statements, internal audit and controls, payroll and human resources, and investment management. Guy Dryden is a member of Andersen Consulting specializing in technology transformation, artificial intelligence, analytics, data, and cloud and platform delivery. Amy Frees is a member of the State and Local Tax practice specializing in property tax. Her focus is on multinational compliance, tax bill review and payment, forecasting and accruals, business personal property tax audits, and valuation positions for real and business personal property. Emerson Go is a member of the Private Client Services practice with a concentration in tax compliance and consulting for owner-operator businesses, high-net-worth individuals, partnerships, and trusts. Mike Kollman is a member of the Commercial practice specializing in tax compliance, provision, and consulting for corporations and partnerships. Rachael Page is a part of the Private Client Services practice and delivers tax compliance and consulting for ultra-high-net-worth individuals, family office groups, owner-operators, and family limited partnerships. Anne Rachko is a member of the State and Local Tax practice and an expert in unclaimed property tax. Jaskirat Sandhu is a member of the Commercial practice and specializes in tax compliance and consulting, accounting for income taxes under ASC 740, and tax planning for compensation and benefits under ASC 718. Tanner Wickes is with the Alternative Investment Funds practice concentrating on tax compliance and consulting for hedge funds, venture capital funds, fund of funds, private equity funds, and management companies.
