The dividend proposal will be submitted for consideration at the Annual General Meeting. If such proposed dividend distribution is approved by the shareholders, the final dividend will be distributed to those shareholders whose names appear on the register of members of the Company on 12 June 2026. The register of members will be closed from 9 June 2026 to 12 June 2026 (both days inclusive).
