As a member of the senior management group, Hamilton will be responsible for managing the banks’ three branches (Salinas, King City, Monterey) as well as the cannabis banking program. In Hamilton’s previous roles at another large financial institution, she had 14 branches directly reporting to her. As part of an innovation team, Theresa was responsible for 24 branches as well as managing the geographical region covering 300 miles.
