E-Cite Receives Official Approval from NHTSA to Manufacture EV-C3 and IC-C3 for Use on Public Roads in the US VaporBrands International, Inc. dba E-Cite Motors Group, announced that it has received an official notice from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration that it has approved E-Cite to manufacturer its "C3" sportscars. Cite recently solidified the design and rights to a new EV Sportscar and had formally submitted it for registration with the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration "NHTSA" in accordance with (49 CFR Part 586) to be legally driven on public roads in the US. The new electric vehicle code named the "EV-C3" and the gas-powered version the "IC-C3" resembles a modernized version of one of the most iconic and prolific sportscars in history from its late sixties through late seventies' variant. The new sports cars utilize more than 90% of the existing engineered electric E-Cite "EV-GT" and gas-powered "IC-GT" sports cars currently working on receiving final approval from CARB. Some of these shared components are a lengthened version of the modular chassis, batteries, drive train, suspension, glass, and more than 50% of the body panels. E-Cite was the first company to get any vehicle approved by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) under the Low Volume Manufacturers Act of which is has four distinctly different vehicles approved. The EV-GT of which the new EV-C3 is anchored and two other E-Cite Vehicles, the EV-RT truck, and the EV-222 hyper car. E-Cite is free to manufacture them under a special exemption specifically (49 CFR 565.16(b)). This allows E-Cite to produce its own VINs for the production of new vehicles. Vaporbrands International, Inc. to Offer Gas Powered Versions of Its "GT" and "C3" Mid-Engine Sports Car Models VaporBrands International, Inc. dba E-Cite Motors Group, reveals that it will offer gas powered versions of its "GT" and "C3" mid-engine sports car models previously only to be available as all electric. Both models will be available with gasoline internal combustion engines (ICE) and current electric (EV) options. The petrol-powered version of the GT will bear the designation of "IC-GT" and the electric version the "EV-GT", whereby the C3 model "IC-C3" and "EV-C3" respectively. E-Cites GT model has been formally approved by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration "NHTSA" in accordance with (49 CFR Part 586) to be "new vehicles" legally driven on public roads in the US and the C3s' submission is currently under review. Both ICE and EV versions of the models share variants of the same aerospace aluminum chassis, mid-engine configuration, proprietary composite bodies, suspension, etc. of which all have been engineered for both drive trains from the onset. The shared EV drive train is currently in the process of becoming certified with the California Air and Resources Board "CARB" and E-Cite intends to certify its ICE version as well for use in all 50 states. E-Cite Motors Receives Historic First Ever Approval from Carb to Proceed with Certification of Its Ev-Gt for Sale in All 50 States - Delivery of Production Vehicles Expected Fourth Quarter 2023 VaporBrands International, Inc. dba E-Cite Motors Group, (OTC PINK:VAPR) announced that it has received approval from The California Air Resources Board (CARB)to proceed with certification of its' EV-GT electric sportscar. Upon completion of the certification, E-Cites EV-GT will be legal to sell in all 50 states as new vehicles for use on public roads. This marks the first time in history that any passenger vehicle under the Low Volume Manufacturers Act has received approval from CARB to undergo the certification process. To receive the approval under the Act, E-Cite needed to prove that it met numerous criteria including but not limited to E-Cites EV-GT resembles the body of another motor vehicle that was manufactured not less than 25 years before the manufacture of E-Cites vehicle E-Cite possessed any and all required intellectual property and that the vehicle is manufactured under a license for the product configuration, trade dress, trademark, or patent, for the motor vehicle that the vehicle resembles from the original manufacturer, its successors or assignees, or current owner of such product configuration, trade dress, trademark, or patent rights. E-Cites vehicle Resembles the body of a motor vehicle, on an overall 1:1 scale (+/- 10 percent) of original body lines, excluding roof configuration, ride height, trim attached to the body, fenders, running boards, grille, hood or hood lines, windows, and axle location, that had been commercially manufactured during consecutive model years, for sale not less than 25 years after the latest model year, with a production run of at least 50 units of a unique body style, before production of the current model year motor vehicle. E-Cite possessed the necessary management, skill, access to resources, background, and business acumen to reasonably assure that the vehicle will be manufactured to acceptable standards such that it should be allowed to operate on public roadways. E-Cites prototype vehicle will next undergo real life testing by CARB and receive ratings as to emissions and other criteria. Once the ratings are calculated the vehicle will become certified as a zero emissions compliant vehicle and will be legal for sale in all 50 states. It is expected that all certifications will be completed in time for E-Cites launch of its production vehicles in the fourth quarter of 2023. Tesla Motors and Batteries to Power Vapor Brands International, Inc. Dba E-Cite Motors Group's Vehicles Along with 24-Month, 50,000-Mile Warranty Vapor Brands International, Inc. dba E-Cite Motors Group announced that their vehicles will be powered by motors and batteries manufactured by Tesla, upgraded by E-Cite, and offer a 24-month 50,000-mile warranty. Stock motors and batteries manufactured by Tesla will be purchased and then modified for enhanced performance by E-Cite Motors to increase HP, improve cooling, and adapt to E-Cite’s proprietary chassis. The modified motors and Batteries will be offered with a full 24-month, 50,000-mile OEM warranty serviceable at any authorized E-Cite service center. E-Cite had previously been developing its affordable sportscar codenamed the E-Cite EV GT to utilize the Ford Performance Eluminator motor which produced 281HP, but integration issues, cost, and enhanced performance capabilities led to switching to Tesla motors and batteries. The entry level EV GT motor has been upgraded from the previously announced 281HP to 450HP with 450 Nm of Torque. The mid-level motor is now rated at approximately 540HP with 600Nm of Torque. The Top-of-the-line Performance Version’s motor produces approximately 640HP with 650Nm of Torque. Range is expected for all EV GT models to be around 300 miles give or take based on final configuration and driving style. Due to reduced development times afforded under E-Cite’s special exemptions from the NHTSA, E-Cite expects to be delivering its first production vehicles for the 2023 model year. That is less than 12 months from inception to the showroom. E-Cite Motors has submitted applications to the NHSTA in accordance with (49 CFR Part 586) for use on public roads for three separate vehicles. They include an all-wheel drive, all electric Hypercar is expected to exceed 222 mph, an affordable EV Sportscar, and a Super SUV Truck, all of which are currently being processed. お知らせ • Mar 10
VaporBrands International, Inc. (OTCPK:VAPR) acquired E-Cite Motors, L.L.C. VaporBrands International, Inc. (OTCPK:VAPR) acquired E-Cite Motors, L.L.C. on March 8, 2022. VAPR intends to change its name to one more fitting to its new business after it has received shareholder and regulatory approval. VAPR will put all its efforts towards the E-Cite Motors activities and has ceased all Vape or CBD related activities.
VaporBrands International, Inc. (OTCPK:VAPR) completed the acquisition of E-Cite Motors, L.L.C. on March 8, 2022.
