お知らせ • Jan 18KOP Limited Announces Resignation of Judith Goi Lang Peng as the Non-Executive Director, Effective March 31, 2023KOP Limited announced that Ms. Judith Goi Lang Peng has resigned as the Non-Executive Director of the Company with effect from 31 March 2023, to join the Company's wholly-owned subsidiary, Montigo Resorts Pte. Ltd. with effect from 3 April 2023 as Senior Manager, Quality Assurance. Ms. Judith Goi will be reporting to Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Based on its enquiries, the Company's sponsor, RHT Capital Pte. Ltd., is satisfied that, other than disclosed in this announcement, there are no other material reasons for the resignation of Ms. Judith Goi as the Non-Executive Director. Consequent to the abovementioned resignation of Ms. Judith Goi, the composition of the Board of the Company shall be reconstituted as follows with effect from 31 March 2023: Board of Directors: Ms. Ong Chih Ching- (Executive Chairman and Executive Director); Ms. Leny Suparman- (Group Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director); Mr. Ng Hin Lee- (Lead Independent Director); Dr. Ho Kah Leong @ Ho Kah Leung (Independent Director) and Mrs. Yu-Foo Yee Shoon- (Independent Director). The composition of the Audit and Risk Committee, Nominating Committee and Remuneration Committee remain unchanged.
