Consequent upon the above, the Board of Directors has appointed Mr. Safdar Abbas Morawala and Mr. Ahmed Mujtaba Memon as Independent Directors of the Company with effect from January 14, 2026. The aforesaid Independent Directors have been appointed from the Data Bank of Independent Directors in compliance with the requirements of Section 166 of the Companies Act, 2017. Both the Independent Directors shall hold office for the remainder of the existing term.
