The purchase of these shares is subject to pre-emptive rights and iSell Board approval. Enprise Group Limited (NZSE:ENS) completed the acquisition of 16.78% stake in iSell Pty Ltd from existing shareholders for AUD 0.54 million on December 2, 2020.
