Mr. Finkelstein previously served as the head of Consumer and Retail M&A and head of Sports Advisory at Citigroup, Inc. from 2018 to 2025. Prior to joining Citigroup, he served in various positions in the Mergers and Acquisitions Group at Bank of America from 2005 to 2018, and as Managing Director since 2009. Mr. Finkelstein also served in the Mergers and Acquisitions Group at Citigroup, Inc. from 2000 to 2005. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Chicago.

The resignation of Mr. Stein did not result from any disagreement with BellRing Brands, Inc. on any matter relating to its operations, policies or practices. On July 30, 2025, the Board approved the following changes to its lead independent director and committee assignments, effective immediately: Thomas P. Erickson was appointed to serve as lead independent director, replacing Mr. Stein; Shawn W. Conway was appointed to serve as Chair of the Compensation and Corporate Governance Committee, replacing Mr. Stein, who no longer serves on the Compensation and Corporate Governance Committee; and Jennifer Kuperman was appointed to serve as a member of the Executive Committee.
