(TSE:4249) agreed to acquire Automotive Molded Parts Business in Japan and Thailand of Resonac Corporation for ¥17.2 billion on September 24, 2025. The final transfer value may fluctuate based on price adjustments stipulated in the share transfer agreement. Moriroku Company, Ltd. entered into an agreement with total of six banks, including City Banks, Regional Banks, and Trust Banks to raise money to fund the acquisition. As of December 31, 2024, Transfer of Automotive Molded Parts Business in Japan and Thailand of Resonac Corporation reported total assets of ¥1.6 billion and total revenue of ¥1.2 billion. The expected completion of the transaction is April 1, 2026. Moriroku Company, Ltd. (TSE:4249) completed the acquisition of Automotive Molded Parts Business in Japan and Thailand of Resonac Corporation on April 1, 2026.
