The Board further announced that Mr. Fan Lei (Mr. Fan) has been appointed as an independent non-executive Director and the chairman of the Remuneration Committee; the member of the Nomination Committee; and the member of the Audit Committee with effect from 18 June 2025. Mr. Fan Lei, aged 41, has over 20 years of securities management experience and he has been the managing director of StormHarbour Securities (Hong Kong) Limited since June 2019.
