Mr. KWOK acted as the finance director of Methanex Asia Pacific, a subsidiary of Methanex Corporation, a leading methanol producer and marketer listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange and NASDAQ, from 2005 to 2016. The Board also announced that with effect from 26 November 2020: Mr. WONG ceased to be the chairman of the audit committee of the Company, the chairman of the remuneration committee of the Company and a member of the nomination committee of the Company; Mr. SUN ceased to be a member of the audit committee of the Company and a member of the nomination committee of the Company; Mr. KWOK has been appointed as the chairman of the audit committee of the Company and a member of the nomination committee of the Company; and Ms. LO has been appointed as the chairman of the remuneration committee of the Company and a member of the audit committee of the Company and a member of the nomination committee of the Company.
