The total consideration of this investment by Profile (including the purchase price, which will be paid in cash) is expected to amount to approximately €4 million, while the final and exact amount will be determined following the fulfillment of the conditions and the prerequisites of the Agreement and the review and finalization of certain obligations of the Company.
