After launching her career at E.ON in 2001, Meike Boekelmann held various leadership positions at Baker Hughes starting in 2003, including in Germany, Italy, the Netherlands and the U.A.E. In 2015, she moved to Switzerland to join Sulzer, where she was appointed Global Head HR Chemtech and member of the Chemtech divisional leadership team in 2017. In this function, Meike Boekelmann was responsible for the design and implementation of the HR strategy. Meike Boekelmann holds a master's degree in economics and social science from Leuphana University Lüneburg. In this function, Meike Boekelmann was responsible for the design and implementation of the HR strategy. Meike Boekelmann holds a master's degree in economics and social science from Leuphana University Lüneburg. At the same time, Comet announces that CIO Keighley Peters will leave Comet at the end of May 2023 to take on a new challenge outside the company. Under the terms of agreement, Tetra Pak Inc. acquires the rights to the ebeam technology along with the development and manufacturing resources for the ebeam lamps. Tetra Pak retains 28 ebeam employees of the acquired business. Production of the ebeam lamps will continue to be sited at Comet AG’s manufacturing facility in Flamatt. The acquisition is expected to close until end of 2020. Comet expects the sale will slightly increase the EBITDA margin in the current year.
