As per the mandate, the company is authorized to repurchase up to an aggregate nominal value of up to approx. 10% of the current share capital. The shares will be repurchased at a minimum price of NOK 1 per share and a maximum price of NOK 250 per share. The shares acquired under this authorization may be used in connection with share based payment and the Company's long term incentive program, and for general corporate purposes. The authorization is valid until the annual general meeting in 2024, however no later than 30 June 2024. As of April 20, 2023, the company had 269,219,014 shares.
