Stephen is due to step down as CEO of Forterra in the first half of 2023. Stephen is currently a Director of the Brick Development Association and was previously a Director of the Construction Products Association. Stephen will be a member of the audit, remuneration and nomination committees and will become chair of the remuneration committee in 2023.

In Poly-Pure's financial year ended 31 July 2022, it expects to report revenues of c.£10 million and adjusted EBITDA of c.£2.5 million. Underlying profit before tax for the year ended 31 July 2022 is expected to be £2.4 million. Poly-Pure has net assets on acquisition of approximately £3m.
