お知らせ • Mar 24Tecnotree Corporation Proposes Dividend for the Year 2023Tecnotree Corporation's Board of Directors has decided to amend its dividend proposal included in the financial report release published on 22 February 2024 for the Annual General Meeting to be held on 15 April 2024. According to the previous dividend proposal, the Board of Directors proposes to the Annual General Meeting that no dividend will be paid for the financial year 2023. According to the new proposal, the Board of Directors proposed to the Annual General Meeting that the Board of Directors is authorized to decide, in its discretion, on the distribution of an aggregate maximum of EUR 350,000 as dividends from the financial year 2023.
