The term of office of Mr. Jalakas will commence on April 6, 2026 and will last for three years. Peep Jalakas joined SEB Bank in 2006 and has held several senior management positions since 2010, including serving as Head of Corporate Banking and Head of Credit. Since 2023, he has been a Member of the Management Board of SEB Bank and Head of Corporate Banking. In addition, the Supervisory Board has resolved to recall Margus Schults from the Management Board with effect from February 27, 2026. He will continue in his role as Managing Director of Tallink Silja Oy. The current Chairman of the Management Board, Paavo Nõgene, will continue as a member of the Management Board of the Group until the expiry of his term of office on 23 May 2026. The mandate of Mrs. Kadri Land ends on 6 March 2024 and the mandate of Ms Elise Nassar commences on 6 March 2024 and lasts for three years. Ms Elise Nassar joined Tallink Grupp in February 2018 as a Data Protection Officer, but already a year later, in 2019 she was appointed to head the group’s internal audit department and since the summer of 2022, Ms Nassar holds the position of held the position of Group Head of Legal and Head of the Internal Audit and Internal Control Departments. The group's former finance director Joonas Joost left the company in October to take up a new position in thereal estate sector. The company carried out an extensive recruitment process to fill the position with the best new leader for the company's finance teams, the shipper told the stock exchange. Sisask joins Tallink Grupp from Euroapteek, where she has worked since 2021, most recently as a management board member and the finance director since the start of 2022. Between 2019 and 2021 Sisask worked as the financial controller for the Baltics at ABB Electrification, and prior to that she lived and worked abroad in a number of leading finance roles since 2004. From 2004, Sisask holds a bachelor's degree in accounting and financial management from Estonian Business School,which equals to a master's degree level today, and is currently working towards the professional qualification of the UK Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
