The Company and its advisers are actively working towards the publication of a shareholder circular, expected to be released during the week commencing 31 March 2025, which will contain further details regarding the proposed cancellation of the Company's admission to trading on AIM (the ‘Cancellation’) and the proposed re-registration of the Company as a private limited company. To facilitate ongoing shareholder transactions following the proposed Cancellation, and conditional upon the relevant resolution being passed at the forthcoming General Meeting, the Company has appointed Asset Match Limited to provide a Secondary Market Trading Facility.
