The company is expected the group to record a consolidated profit attributable to owners of the company of approximately HKD 65,000,000 to HKD 80,000,000, while the audited consolidated profit attributable to owners of the company was approximately HKD 166,564,000 in the same period of 2023. お知らせ • Aug 18Oriental Enterprise Holdings Limited Announces Executive ChangesOriental Enterprise Holdings Limited announced that in relation to the retirement of independent non-executive Director. As disclosed in the Circular, Mr. Ping-wing PAO ("Mr. PAO") did not offer himself for re-election at the AGM and accordingly he retired as an independent non-executive Director at the conclusion of the AGM. Mr. PAO has confirmed that he has no disagreement with the Board and there is no other matter relating to his retirement that needs to be brought to the attention of the Stock Exchange and the Shareholders. Reference is made to the Circular in relation to, among others, the election of independent non- executive Director. The Board announced that, Ms. Ching-wah YIP ("Ms. YIP") was elected by the Shareholders at the AGM as an independent non-executive Director. The latest biographical details of Ms. YIP are set out in Appendix III to the Circular. The Board would like to take this opportunity to express its gratitude to Mr. PAO for his contributions to the Company during his tenure of office and its warmest welcome to Ms. YIP for joining the Board.
