And Cariboo Rose Resources Ltd. Complete First Phase Diamond Drilling And Airborne Geophysical Survey At Cowtrail Copper-Gold Porphyry ProjectBRS Resources Ltd. and Cariboo Rose Resources Ltd. announced the completion of the first phase of diamond drilling and completion of an airborne geophysical survey at the Cowtrail Copper-Gold Porphyry Project in south-central British Columbia. Cowtrail is a 4,717-hectare copper-gold project contiguous with the Woodjam and Redgold copper-gold porphyry projects owned by Vizsla Copper Corp. It is located 20 kilometers southeast of the operating Mount Polley Mine (copper gold) owned by Imperial Metals Corporation and shares many geological attributes with this deposit. Four drill holes totaling 1,293 meters were completed with the final hole, CT26-28, being extended past its target depth of 250 meters to 559 meters following the observation of visual mineralization in drill core. The drill string has been left in place. Core processing, sampling and assay will be completed as fast as possible with an expectation of results in six to eight weeks. In late May Precision GeoSuveys of Langley BC completed a helicopter-borne high resolution aeromagnetic, radiometric, and VLF survey over a core area of the property. The geophysical signature indicated over the current primary area of interest, Lea Lake, consists of a central magnetic low (possibly indicative of hydrothermal destruction of magnetite) coincident with a potassium radiometric high. Similar untested features are indicated in other areas by the survey. Beginning in 2022 Cowtrail has been under option to BRS Resources Ltd. who may earn a 60% interest by completing $2,000,000 in exploration expenditures, making $200,000 in cash payments, and issuing shares equivalent to $200,000 by December 19, 2028. Commences High-Resolution Geophysical Exploration Program At La Guadalupana ProjectBRS Resources Ltd. announced the commencement of an advanced high-resolution aerial magnetometry survey at its La Guadalupana project, located approximately 11 km north of Yécora, Sonora, Mexico. This critical exploration milestone, scheduled to begin next week, will be conducted in partnership with GDI Geofísica Aplicada de Mexico. The team will deploy industrial-grade UAVs equipped with high-sensitivity magnetometers to survey the 1,053-hectare Project area. The survey aims to define the geophysical response of the Project’s structurally controlled mineralization. The Company anticipates that this will identify key rock units, geological structures, and zones of potential hydrothermal alteration, which may be critical indicators for high-grade epithermal deposits. The data acquisition and subsequent interpretation will be reviewed by Allan L. Schappert, CPG, SME-RM, Principal Resource Geologist at ALS Geo Resources. The field survey, as defined, is expected to be completed within five calendar days, weather permitting, followed by an extensive 15-day data processing and interpretation phase. The Company believes that the resulting 3D inversion models and technical reports will serve as a cornerstone for future project development and investment planning.New Risk • Jun 28New major risk - Revenue and earnings growthEarnings have declined by 1.1% per year over the past 5 years. This is considered a major risk. Ultimately, shareholders want to see a good return on their investment and that generally comes from sharing in the company's profits. A trend of falling earnings can be very difficult to turn around. If the company is well already established it may also be a sign the company has matured and is in decline. In addition, if the company pays dividends it will also likely need to reduce or cut them, striking a dual blow to total shareholder returns.
