TENA SmartCare is available for both professional and family caregivers. The sensor is attached on the outside of a TENA incontinence product. This could, for example, ensure a better night's sleep as the caregiver does not need to unnecessarily check and change an incontinence product. Once an incontinence product has been changed, the sensor can be easily attached to a new product. TENA SmartCare thereby contributes to improved well-being and hygiene and enables the right actions to be taken at the right time, and ensures optimal use of incontinence products. TENA SmartCare will be available in several European countries and the US in the fourth quarter of 2020. The sensor will be gradually launched across other markets in 2021. Incontinence affects 4-8% of the world's adult population. Essity is the global market leader for incontinence products with its TENA brand. The digital solutions developed by TENA create value for the user, the caregiver and society. The Group will increase its supply capacity of hand sanitizer in Europe as of the fourth quarter of 2020. The increased capacity enables continued high growth of the existing range but also new product launches. Research among 10.000 consumers in ten countries, conducted on behalf of Essity in July 2020, shows that hand hygiene is now an integral part of everyday routines and that 74% of people now consider hand hygiene to be more a part of their overall health routine than before the pandemic. The same research shows that 69% of respondents now find hand sanitizers a good complement to washing hands. This is a clear sign that hand sanitizers will play an important role in hand hygiene routines. One impact of the COVID-19 pandemic has been a greater focus on hand hygiene as a way to stem the spread of the virus. Essity's Professional Hygiene business, under the leading global brand Tork®, has seen a steep increase in demand for hand sanitizers in response to new hygiene regulations or customers' desire to provide an additional layer of safety where water and soap are not available. By increasing sanitizer capacity, businesses and their employees and customers can offer consistent and reliable access to hand-hygiene products when handwashing is not readily available.お知らせ • Sep 22Essity AB (publ) to Report Q3, 2020 Results on Oct 22, 2020Essity AB (publ) announced that they will report Q3, 2020 results at 7:00 AM, Central European Standard Time on Oct 22, 2020お知らせ • Jul 31Essity AB (publ) (OM:ESSITY B) acquired NovioScan B.V. for €6.5 million.Essity AB (publ) (OM:ESSITY B) acquired NovioScan B.V. for €6.5 million on April 1, 2020. お知らせ • Oct 20Essity Launches New Digital Incontinence Care SolutionEssity is launching TENA SmartCare, a new and reusable digital sensor for improved incontinence care. TENA SmartCare is available for both professional and family caregivers. The sensor is attached on the outside of a TENA incontinence product. Family members or care professionals are notified when an incontinence product needs to be changed. Essity works to break barriers and the stigma associated with incontinence to help people live life to the fullest.

お知らせ • Oct 15Essity Boosts Hand Sanitizer Capacity in EuropeEssity has secured additional capacity to meet the increased demand for Tork®-branded hand sanitizers. By increasing sanitizer capacity, businesses and their employees and customers can offer consistent and reliable access to hand-hygiene products when handwashing is not readily available.
