He also held the position of managing director for Tenaris’s operations in Southeast Asia and Oceania. Castro, born in Argentina, graduated from the Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires, Argentina, with a degree in industrial engineering. He received the degree of finance specialization from the Universidad de San Andres in Argentina, and an executive MBA from Columbia Business School in New York. Castro is a U.S. citizen.
