Nangamso (Nan) Mankai, a non-executive director, has stepped down as chairperson and member of the Audit and Risk Committee; Cora Fernandez has been appointed as chairperson of the Audit and Risk Committee of the Company; and Lerato Molebatsi has been appointed as member of the Social, Ethics and Transformation Committee.Following these changes, the relevant Board committees will comprise the following members: Audit and Risk Committee: Cora Fernandez (chairperson); Douglas Ramaphosa; Themba Baloyi. お知らせ • Dec 08Curro Holdings Limited Announces Appointment of Non-Executive Directors, Effective 1 February 2024Curro Holdings Limited announced that Ms. Lerato Molebatsi ("Lerato") has been appointed as non-executive director of the Company with effect from 1 February 2024, and Ms. Cora Fernandez ("Cora") has been appointed as non-executive director of the Company with effect from 1 February 2024. Lerato has over 25 years' experience within the Financial Services, Mining, Government, Non-profit and Professional Services industries. Lerato is currently serving on the following boards: South African Reserve Bank, Spur Corporation, Committees of the Financial Sector Conduct Authority and Committees at Petra Diamond Mine plc. Lerato holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Johannesburg and has completed a Senior Executive Leadership Programme for Africa at Harvard University. Cora is a chartered accountant and holds a B Comm from the University of Cape Town and a B Compt (Hons) from UNISA. During her employment at Sanlam, Cora held the following positions: CEO of Sanlam Private Equity, Managing Director of Sanlam Investment Management and CEO: Institutional Business at Sanlam Investment Holdings Limited. Cora currently serves on the board of the following companies: Sphere Private Equity (Pty) Ltd, Capitec Bank Holding Limited, Spur Corporation Limited and Redefine Properties Limited.
