A cash consideration valued at AUD 0.012 per share will be paid by the buyer. The Bidder will fund the Offer through existing cash at hand so that you can be confident there will be sufficient funds to complete the Offer. If the Bidder becomes entitled to compulsorily acquire your DTI Shares, Intentions upon acquiring 90% or more of DTI Share. After the Offer Period, the Bidder intends to ensure that the operations of DTI are optimized to meet the needs of the business in the future. This may require reviewing and adjusting staff operations to meet the skills requirements of DTI's business with any such restructuring favoring retaining current employees where there is a skills match. The Bidder intends, subject to the Corporations Act and DTI's Constitution, to replace all current members of the DTI Board with its own appointments.
