It is the first game by iCandy that is multi-player driven and the game's high retention rate during the early access trial has already exceeded that of Masketeers, a recent hit-game by iCandy. Comparing the Claw Stars pre-orders sign-up rate, the Company see it as better performance than Masketeers. As of most of iCandy's games, Claw Stars is a free-to-play game, where gamers can download the game for free, and the Company generates incomes from in-app purchases and advertising. The unique characteristic of the Claw Stars is its heavy focus on player-to-player interactivity. It is the first game by iCandy that is multi-player driven and the game's high retention rate during the early access trial has already exceeded that of Masketeers, a recent hit-game by iCandy. Comparing the Claw Stars pre-orders sign-up rate, the Company see it as better performance than Masketeers. As of most of iCandy's games, Claw Stars is a free-to-play game, where gamers can download the game for free, and the Company generates incomes from in-app purchases and advertising. As such, it is difficult for the Company to forecast a financial effect of Claw Stars at this stage, but nevertheless the Company sees Claw Stars as a major milestone for the Company as a whole. Claw Star is currently being scheduled for a global launch on 30 June 2021.

Claw Star has been developed over 12 months in iCandy's studios and is currently available on Google's Android platform. The development of Claw Stars took extensive input from the studio team of iCandy's hit title Masketeers, with regards to playability, retention and monetization design aspects of the game. iCandy's studio team has learned valuable skills and domain knowledge from the success of Masketeers, and is applying those skills and knowledge fully onto the development of Claw Stars. Claw Stars is now in early access trial on Google Play. The early access trial is anticipated to run for a period of 2 to 3 months to generate feedback of gamers' reaction and behavior in the game, providing valuable insight and game data to iCandy's studio team that will further make adjustment to game-play and mechanics of the game to ensure better interactivity and experience of the game prior to full commercial release in over 60 countries. ("ICI" or "Company") announced that Hellopet House has recently completed its early access trial ("Trial") and is now readied for launch. As previously announced, Hellopet House is an interactive pet collection game based on the a popular virtual pet simulator game in South Korea, Hellopet. Hellopet is known brand among the gaming community of South Korea, one of the most advanced gaming markets in the world with more than half of its population playing games on smartphones 1. ICI signed an exclusive 3-year publishing agreement with Nanali Inc. to publish and market Hellopet House globally in multiple languages. Hellopet House uses a "world-building" game engine technology. "World-building" is a popular game concept where gamers are given the ability to personalize their virtual worlds in the game. The development of Hellopet House has been completed and the game is ready for launch. Hellopet House is now made available for pre-orders on Apple iOS Appstore and Google Play and has to date recorded more than 435,000 pre-orders. The game is to launch on 17 November 2020 in more than 45 countries.

お知らせ • Sep 22iCandy Announces Successful Completion of Trial New GameiCandy announced that one of iCandy's new game, Masketeers: Idle Has Fallen ("Masketeers") has recently completed its early access trial (the "Trial") in collaboration with Google Play. The Trial was highly successful with a total to 80,000 gamers. iCandy tracked gamers' behaviors during the Trial and the results were very encouraging. "Day-1" retention, a closely watched user retention matrix in the video-games industry, hit as high as 40% for the Masketeers. Comparing this to Crab War, iCandy's most successful game in its portfolio, Masketeers has recorded almost 10% higher Day-1 retention rates. As with the majority of the mobile games in the market now, Masketeers is a free-to-play mobile game, where it generates revenue from in-game purchase of virtual items and in-game advertisements. During the Trial, Masketeers recorded monetization rate that was significantly above any of the iCandy's developed games.

The transaction will include participation from Acorn Managed Investments Pty Ltd, led by Joseph Sedmak. Subject to shareholders approval in an EGM, each share issued will have one free attaching option. The option carries an exercise price of AUD 0.05 with expiry date of December 31, 2022. The transaction is expected to close by September 22, 2020. The transaction has been authorized by the board of directors of the company.
