Mr. Campbell joined the Board as a Non-Executive Director on 28 January 2022 and has held the position of Chairman since 8 July 2022. Mr. Campbell also held the position of Chair of the Remuneration Committee and was a member of the Audit Committee. Mr. Mark Lochtenberg will take over as Non-Executive Chairman effective immediately and the Board is reviewing its overall composition following these recent changes.
