(the Company"), received a letter (the Letter") from the staff of The Nasdaq Capital Market LLC (the Nasdaq Capital Market") stating that the Company's closing bid price for the last 30 consecutive business days was less than $1.00 per share. As a result, the Company does not satisfy the continued listing requirement to maintain a minimum bid price of $1.00 per share, as set in Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(2) (the Bid Price Rule").
