New major risk - Revenue and earnings growth Earnings have declined by 19% per year over the past 5 years. This is considered a major risk. Ultimately, shareholders want to see a good return on their investment and that generally comes from sharing in the company's profits. If profits are declining over an extended period, then in most cases the share price will decline over time unless the company can turn around its fortunes. A trend of falling earnings can be very difficult to turn around. If the company is well already established it may also be a sign the company has matured and is in decline. In addition, if the company pays dividends it will also likely need to reduce or cut them, striking a dual blow to total shareholder returns. Currently, the following risks have been identified for the company: Major Risks Share price has been highly volatile over the past 3 months (12% average weekly change). Earnings have declined by 19% per year over the past 5 years. Minor Risks Shareholders have been diluted in the past year (23% increase in shares outstanding). Revenue is less than US$5m (kr12m revenue, or US$1.2m). Market cap is less than US$100m (€78.6m market cap, or US$85.3m). Annuncio • Nov 10

Scandinavian Enviro Systems AB (Publ) Develops New Type of Recovered Carbon Black with Improved Properties Scandinian Enviro Systems has developed a new type of recovered carbon black with improved dispersionroperties. The new type of carbon black has been developed to meet demand from the tire and rubber industry. Enviro's recovered carbon black. The new type of carbon black has been produced for some time at Enviro's plant in Åsensbruk, Sweden, and has acquired properties enhancing its interaction with other chemicals and ingredients when manufacturing tires and rubber parts, for example. Thanks to the improved dispersion of the new type of recovered carbon black, end products such as rubber, tires, plastics and pigments can potentially be produced with a moreconsistent and better outcome. In the long run, this improvement could result in that the new type of recovered carbon black can replace a larger amount of virgin carbon black (higher degree of substitution) in a number of applications. The new type of carbon black is aimed at customers and applications where recovered carbon black with improved disperson properties can contribute to improved performance for the rubber compound. According to the ISCC certification obtained by Enviro, the use of the company's recovered carbon black will lead to a reduction in carbon emissions of up to 93% compared with the use of the corresponding amount of virgin carbon black. Scandinavian Enviro Systems AB (publ) Provides Update on Definitive Strategic Partnership Agreements with Michelin All parts of the definitive agreements between Scandinavian Enviro Systems (publ) ("Enviro" or "The Company") and Michelin concerning the announced strategic partnership have not yet been fully negotiated. Accordingly, Enviro will not be convening an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) for approval of the agreements in January as previously announced. Both Enviro and Michelin expect that the agreements will be fully negotiated in the near future. As previously communicated, the agreements must first be approved by Enviro's owners at an EGM before they can enter into force. In December 2020, Enviro announced that the company and Michelin had agreed on the key principles for a strategic partnership. The key principles communicated at that time covered the terms for the establishment of a first jointly owned recycling plant and a license agreement regulating the terms of use of Enviro's recycling technology and subsequent compensation. Since December, the parties have continued to negotiate the definitive agreements that will form the basis for the strategic partnership. The ambition was to complete the negotiations so that Enviro's Board of Directors could convene an EGM in January, which was also communicated by the company. Both Enviro and Michelin want to emphasise that the delay will not affect the plans for a strategic partnership. Annuncio • Jan 28
Scandinavian Enviro Systems Receives Order from Michelin for Engineering Services Worth SEK 4 Million Scandinavian Enviro Systems has received an order from Michelin for engineering services and technical documentation at a value of approximately SEK 4 million (EUR 400,000). The order includes engineering services as well as documentation of Enviro's patented technology for material recovery of end-of-life-tyres (ELT) and form a basis for the negotiations about a strategic partnership, which the parties have been conducting since April 2020. In December last year Enviro communicated that both companies had agreed on the key principles for establishing a first, jointly owned, recovery plant as well as a license agreement, which regulates the terms for the usage of Enviro's material recovery technology and the fee for this usage. In conjunction with previous communication from Enviro the agreements must be approved by the shareholders at an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) before they can enter into force. The reason for this is that Michelin, by virtue of its large ownership in Enviro, is deemed a related party. As previously communicated, a notice of the EGM will be published separately. Recovered Carbon Black from Scandinavian Enviro Systems AB (Publ) Is Introduced in A Customer-Specific Rubber Compound from Trelleborg Mixing Forsheda Recovered carbon black from Scandinavian Enviro Systems (publ) will be introduced in a customer-specific rubber compound supplied by Trelleborg Mixing Forsheda. The introduction means that Enviro's carbon black takes a step into a new segment and is the result of successful production tests and a long-term collaboration between the parties. Volumes and dates for future deliveries remain to be determined. Trelleborg Mixing Forsheda manufactures rubber compounds for various companies in the rubber industry and intends to completely replace virgin carbon black with recovered carbon black from Enviro (Recovered Carbon Black, rCB) in one of its customer-specific rubber compounds. Recovered carbon black has, in light of the increasing topicality of climate and environmental issues, been used in more and more applications in the rubber industry and Enviro's recovered carbon black has previously been introduced as a replacement for virgin carbon black in applications such as seals, gaskets, plugs and solid tyres. Enviro has also delivered recovered carbon black to Trelleborg Lanka for use in the manufacturing of solid tyres. Both Trelleborg Lanka and Trelleborg Mixing Forsheda are part of the industrial group Trelleborg, which is one of the world's large producers of industrial rubber. The fact that Trelleborg Mixing Forsheda introduces Enviro's recovered carbon black, rCB, in a new application in the rubber industry means that Enviro's rCB is now being used in a, for Enviro, completely new market segment.
