Nova Minerals Corp Completes Engineering and Design of Estelle Antimony Pilot Processing Plant in Alaska Nova Minerals Corp. has completed the engineering and design for its Estelle antimony pilot processing plant in Alaska. Engineering and design covers the Whiskey Bravo front-end processing site, Port MacKenzie beneficiation plant, Port MacKenzie refinery and supporting infrastructure. The Estelle antimony processing pilot plant has been designed to treat stibnite-bearing material and produce an antimony trisulfide product suitable for sale or further downstream use. The project is structured around two principal locations: Whiskey Bravo Site – front-end processing, including crushing, screening, ore sorting, concentrate storage and load-out; Port MacKenzie Processing Facility – crushing, screening, ore sorting, beneficiation, refining, product recovery, utilities, reagent systems, infrastructure and logistics. After collecting bulk sample material from two locations (Stibium and Styx) within the Estelle Project claims, the material will be transported to Whiskey Bravo for crushing and initial sorting. Select sample material will then be transported via air or snow road to Port MacKenzie for further processing. Processing at Port MacKenzie will include concentration and refining of the antimony ore using a proprietary cleaner hydrometallurgical processing method to make the final antimony trisulfide product. The refined antimony product will then be filtered, dried, and bagged for shipment. With engineering and design complete, Nova has advanced to procurement and construction readiness, with major equipment packages progressing and over 40 containers currently on route to Port Mackenzie for delivery in the coming weeks. The project has capitalized on a unique opportunity to acquire key equipment from a recently decommissioned, modern beneficiation circuit with a limited operating history from a North American processing facility. The equipment is well suited to the proposed antimony pilot plant flowsheet and is expected to reduce procurement lead times, improve capital efficiency, and accelerate the transition from engineering to construction and operational readiness. Major equipment items procured include: Crushers, Ball mill, Ore sorters, Screens, Flotation cells, Conveyors. The pilot plant is a critical first step in fast-tracking domestic antimony production in Alaska. With a modular design that enables future expansion through the addition of refining circuits, including antimony trioxide and antimony metal production, the facility will serve as a scalable processing hub for feedstock from Estelle, as well as regional and global projects. Nova Minerals Corp Announces Appointment of Joshua Girnun to Board of Directors, Effective July 1, 2026 Nova Minerals Corp. announced the appointment of Mr. Joshua Girnun to the Company’s Board of Directors, effective July 1, 2026. Mr. Girnun brought institutional finance and risk underwriting experience from his background at JP Morgan Chase & Co., where he co-founded a client-facing risk underwriting team covering the metals and mining, energy, renewables, industrials, oil and gas, and agriculture sectors. He paired his financial background with strong technical training, holding two master’s degrees spanning resource finance and geosciences, in addition to an honours degree and a bachelor’s in geology. At JP Morgan, Mr. Girnun co-founded a subject matter expert team that provided independent, cross-sector assessments and due diligence covering corporate lending, project finance, trade finance and capital markets transactions for large mining and energy clients. He also helped develop the firm’s internal risk standard for the natural resources sector. Earlier in his career, he held a range of technical and resource evaluation roles spanning field and desktop geology, project valuation and financial modelling to advance greenfield and brownfield resource projects, including across Sub-Saharan Africa. Mr. Girnun held a Master of Science in Metals and Energy Finance from Imperial College London, a Master of Science in Geosciences from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and a Graduate Honours and Bachelor of Science in Geology from the University of the Witwatersrand. Nova Minerals Reports Korbel Floatation Test-Work Produces High-Grade Gold Concentrate With Consistent Recoveries Exceeding 95% Nova Minerals Corp. reported results from bench-scale rougher flotation testing on low-grade Korbel ore, undertaken within a broader Feasibility Study level metallurgical test-work program. Flotation of low-grade Korbel ore at a coarser-than-conventional grind size has the potential to materially reduce both capital and operating costs while maintaining strong gold recovery. Low-grade Korbel ore (0.39–0.42 g/t Au) delivered a strong flotation response at 250 µm or finer, producing a low-mass pull of only 2-3% (meaning a 97-98% reduction in the volume going to downstream processing), and a high-grade concentrate of 14.7–26.7 g/t Au. Application of coarse particle flotation to the bulk tonnage S-K 1300 compliant pit constrained 425 Mt @ 0.3 g/t Au (4.05 Moz Au) Korbel resource is expected to enhance Estelle’s Feasibility Study outcomes by upgrading low-grade ore, reducing processing intensity, lowering energy use, improving gold recovery, and simplifying the flowsheet by potentially eliminating ore sorting and heap leach requirements and allowing a significantly smaller Carbon-in-Leach plant. Korbel CIL test-work and further coarse particle flotation studies are underway to refine the flowsheet, confirm high gold recovery and gangue rejection, and optimize plant design, scale, configuration, and overall project economics. The test-work was undertaken on a composite sample generated from diamond drill core from the Korbel Main deposit, representing predominantly fresh sulfide intrusive-hosted ore from an intrusion-related gold system. The sample material was selected from drill holes KBDH-005, KBDH-011 and KBDH-025 over the intervals summarized in Table 2, with the results outlined in Table 1. The proposed flowsheet demonstrates the potential to fully utilize the Korbel resource by integrating coarse particle flotation for early upgrading with downstream CIL treatment for gold recovery. Nova Minerals Corp Commences Drilling At Stibium Antimony-Gold Prospect and Rpm Gold Prospect, Completes Ztem Geophysical Survey, and Advances Antimony Processing Plant Construction Nova Minerals Corp. had drilling at the Stibium antimony-gold prospect commenced in early June from the existing ridge-top drill pad, targeting stibnite-bearing veins identified at surface. Drilling commenced on 17 June from a new pad at the northern end of the main RPM ridge, targeting gold geochemical anomalies. The 2026 RPM program will continue testing new zones along the two-mile-long ridge while further advancing resource definition at the RPM North and RPM Valley deposits. A nearly 2,000 line-mile Z-Axis Tipper Electromagnetic (ZTEM) airborne geophysical survey was recently completed across the Company's entire claim block. ZTEM has identified numerous reduced intrusion related gold systems (RIRGS) across the region. Results are expected to enhance exploration targeting across the claim block, particularly at RPM and West Wing, with data processing and interpretation pending. Field crews are advancing prospect mapping, sampling and generative exploration programs. Exploration efforts in 2026 are focused on the greater RPM area, West Wing and Portage Pass. Approximately six miles of trail have been established from the airstrip toward Stibium with construction ongoing. Camp improvement projects are advancing alongside material site preparation, airstrip expansion work, and engineering and design plans being finalized for construction of antimony processing and refining. Nova Minerals Limited Files Form 15 Nova Minerals Limited has announced that it has filed a Form 15 with the Securities and Exchange Commission to voluntarily deregister registered securities, including: American Depositary Shares each representing 12 Ordinary Shares, no par value and Warrants to purchase American Depositary Shares under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended. On June 16, 2026 (“Effective Date”), the redomiciliation (“Redomiciliation”) of Nova Minerals Limited, an Australian corporation (“Nova Minerals”), was implemented under Australian law in accordance with the Scheme Implementation Deed, as amended and restated on March 30, 2026, between Nova Minerals and Nova Minerals Corp, a Nevada corporation (“US Holdco”). The Redomiciliation was effected pursuant to a statutory Scheme of Arrangement under Australian law (the “Scheme”). As a result of the Redomiciliation, Nova Minerals became a wholly-owned subsidiary of US Holdco, which is the new parent company. In connection with the Scheme: holders of ordinary shares of Nova Minerals listed on the ASX received one Chess Depositary Interest, representing 1/12 of a share of common stock (“CDI”) for every ordinary share of Nova Minerals held on the Scheme record date; holders of ordinary shares of Nova Minerals quoted on the OTC markets received one share of US Holdco shares of common stock (“Common Stock”) for every 12 ordinary shares of Nova Minerals held on the Scheme record date; holders of American Depositary Shares (“ADSs”), with each ADS representing 12 ordinary shares of Nova Minerals, received one share of Common Stock for every ADS held on the Scheme record date; and holders of listed warrants of Nova Minerals (“Nova Minerals Warrants”) received three listed warrants of US Holdco (“US Holdco Warrants”) for every Nova Minerals Warrant held on the Scheme record date. The Scheme constituted a succession for purposes of Rule 12g-3(a) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended (the “Exchange Act”). In connection with such succession, the Nasdaq Stock Market LLC (“Nasdaq”) has filed a Form 25 with respect to the ADSs and the Nova Minerals Warrants. US Holdco has applied to list the Common Stock and the US Holdco Warrants on the NYSE American. The Common Stock and US Holdco Warrants are expected to start trading on the NYSE American from June 17, 2026, thus replacing Nova Minerals’s Nasdaq listing of ADSs and Nova Minerals Warrants. This Form 15 relates solely to the reporting obligations of Nova Minerals and does not affect the reporting obligations of US Holdco, which is the successor of Nova Minerals under the Exchange Act.
